Hi there, If I create welcome flows that contain 15% off coupon code, will it clash with my browse abandonment 10% off coupon code? As once customer opt-in, they would automatically receive welcome series and will receive browse abandonment flow if they click the product. Hi everyone, I have created a welcome series flow for customer v non customer (but I’m not sure whether the flow is correct or not. It would be a lot helpful if you guys can clear up the confusion I have.So my purpose here is that I will set a conditional split to follow up email sequences with them if they did not make purchase after my second email for non customer.But if they did make purchase, I will stop sending them follow up email. The question is: I not sure my conditional split is correct or not and Should I put “has placed order at least once since starting this flow” or should I put“has placed an order in the last x days”? I have attached below image for your reference.Kind of confuse about since starting this flow too.
Hey guys, I would like to create a button in my email as attached, does anyone have experience in doing that? the purpose of The button is allows the customer to click and return to previous past orders. Your help and guidance is highly appreciated.
