Why are my Deliverability + Open Rates way down on Today's Campaigns?

Hello!We send a a Friday campaign weekly to a few of our segments; open rates are pretty consistent. Successful Deliveries is usually in the 99.xx% range. Today  deliverability dropped to ~95.% for each of our campaigns and our open rates and placed order rates are approximately half what they usually are.  I’ve double checked and the segmentation is correct.  I’m including screenshots; the first campaign in each screen shot is today’s campaign so you can benchmark it against the previous’ weeks’ campaigns. Open to ideas and suggestion, please-- particularly as Klaviyo staff are off for Veteran’s Day.

Create a Segment based on WHEN a Shopify Tag was assigned?

Hello!This fall we migrated to a new website, and it was necessary for customers to re-activate their accounts with us. After they reactivated their accounts, we automatically applied the Shopify tag ‘accountenabled’ It would help me tremendously to be able to create segments for WHEN this tag was applied to a given group of folks.  Have not had success figuring out how to do this-- or even if it’s possible.  Very open to suggestion or clarifying questions.  Many thanks!Becky

selecting multiple segment from the dropdown

Hello, All!As I’m segmenting campaigns, I routinely need to select multiple audiences from the dropdown in Klaviyo.  As I do so, I see there are checkboxes to the left of each possible segment I could add.  To prevent needing to search multiple times, I’d like to add more than one segment of customers at a time. (For example, each of the two groups shown below w/ red slashes.) I have tried option-clicking and right-clicking, but I’m not able to choose multiple folks in one go.  What am I missing?  TIA!
