Sign up form showing more signups than the associated email list

I have a new pop up form and it is showing 6 signups in the form analytics, but the list that form populates only has two signups. Is there a way to 1. See the emails from the signup form in the form to compare to the list? 2. Prevent lost signups?

Segment triggered flow

So I see I’m supposed to be able to do a segment triggered flow, but when I say create a new flow there’s not a way to pick segment. There’s only per-arranged flows for various things and none of them use segment triggers. What am I missing?

Email campaign can't go to schedule

In my email campaigns it won’t let me click on the schedule or send button. It is lighter blue/faded out and there’s no explanation there are all green checks that everything is ready to schedule/send. I have a free plan less than 250 profiles and would be emailing a little over 100 profiles. I previously had an SMS account temporarily (I never used just signed up in an attempt to get chat support, but the chat support did not materialize so I cancelled it). Not sure why I can’t schedule email campaigns and why there’s no explanation revealing itself.
