White screen after logging in

Hi - I can usually access my account no problem, however today when I tried to log in, after my password and 2 factor authenitication have been entered I am presented with a white / blank page. No error messages and no menu options or anything to click.I’ve cleared my cache, tried logging in using a different browser and a different computer, nothing.This is a login that has a couple of different accounts attached to it and someone in a remote office to me is able to access the account (using a different login).Any ideas what might be going on?

Uploading new customers via csv to list - consent status question

I’m uploading new customers daily from a website that isn’t integrated with Klaviyo. I can do this fine however I’m confused about the consent status.If the customer opts-in to marketing when they purchase I update the consent column to “email” What do I update the consent field to if they opt-out of marketing?I tried an empty field but this doesn’t put them on the suppressed list which I assume it should?

Integratiing Klaviyo - APIs + .csv files?

Hi,We are moving to a website that doesn’t have standard integration with Klaviyo.The website provider will supply .csv files every day with various updates.We will definitely need a dev to help us with this work, however before I begin to look for someone my understanding is that the API only works with a http data feed. Is that correct?If so, is there any way to convert a .csv file to an http data feed?

How to Update a profile via .CSV

Another one…We have a new website that doesn’t integrate with Klaviyo so updates will be sent to be from the website via .csv files to update customer details (address, phonenumber, email etc).Can anyone tell me how and where to make this *update* via a csv in Klaviyo? How to UPDATE opt outs via CSV?

We have a new website that doesn’t integrate with Klaviyo so updates will be sent to be from the website via .csv files to update opt outs on the website via a customers profile.Can anyone tell me how and where to make this *update* via a csv?
