About A/B test

Hello , i  have the following doubts about AB test. I hope to get answers1.when test size is 100% flow ，there is no test duration，I want to know how long it will take to reach an experimental conclusion 2、i did a test, with duration  lasting 1 hour，but  there is no experimental conclusion，Is there a requirement for the minimum number of samples in the experimental group3.I found that the data in the following figure were not significant at 95% confidence level by chi square test, but it tells me there is 97.7% win confidence variation B is winner, I want to know what our A/B test rules arelooking  forward to your reply ,  thanks !

Timezone based on List or Segment Membership

Hello, I doubt whether there is a bug in the list/segments with different timezone.We changed timezone from Asia/shanghai to America/New_Yorkthen we created  new list/segments, the Created_time is still Shanghai, and the result of Shanghai time zone is the same as that of New York time zone .Theoretically, the two time zones are 12 hours apart.looking forward your replay.

sometimes the subscribers submit email through “signup form ”, A record will appear in it’s timeline.But sometimes it doesn’t, and i can’t find it in the list. I am confused.i  look forward your answer.

Collecting Email Subscribers from Shopify into a Klaviyo List

Even if the customer does not place an order, as long as it is checked, it should be counted as agreeing to subscribeI want to sent email to that subscribed to my site but not place any order with “welcome series flow”.But the harsh rules confused me.

Understanding First Active Date vs Profile Created Date

the explain from support about first active:First Active: the first time that a profile engaged with your account. The date recorded represents the first time the contact was active (e.g., opened or clicked an email, visited your website, made a purchase, etc.)but a profile ，email is "02_screeds.lambkin@icloud.com"the created time in shopify is”2022-03-11 07:21:01”,  i can’t understand the result.

The issue of klaviyo billin plan

Hello, we have some questions about klaviyo's charges; we found that when we opened an email Billing that only supports 5,000 people, and we had 10,000 customers, and we split them into two 5,000 segments, I would can email them using my 5000-only billing plan, even though they're different users; so that means, even if I don't use a 10,000-customers-only mail plan, but a 5000- customers plan, I can still Send mail to all my  customers. What is the reason for this please? Is klaviyo billing plan based on the maximum number of  customers that sent in a single send?here the picture to prove this issue furtherly.And we find we only could send 50 000 email in next month, could someone pls tell the reason?

"Sent" in Advanced Reports & Calculating Clicks under Metrics

          the first one, in the abandoned cart flow，Advanced Reports， does the “sent” includs all of the email we sent. （cause the just show the email domain and when i plus all of the different domain sents，its not match with the number of deliver in the same time）And does the sent number equal all of the delivered emal plus the bounced email. Or if you could tell me how could i get the number about all of the email that i send in the abandoned cart flow.          the second one, how to calculate the number of “clicked”, cause we find our clicked number is less than the “placed order” number, and we did a reservation then we found some customer they inter in our flow and the placed the order but without “clicked”. And we found just the people who clicked the picture inter in our home website page, its “clicked”; and if someone just click the “ shop now” or “go to checkout” button and went to the checkout page, it wasn’t define “clicked”.
