'See it in Use' Help Center Idea

Klaviyo has a wide enough customer base that I feel like this is likely possible for most features - was looking at some of the RSS feed documentation, and noticed one of the screen grabs in the article showed a ‘Zendesk’ feed title. I’d love it if these articles could link out to case studies or actual customer sites / email examples of how they use a certain feature, and what purpose the feature serves for them, etc. I know a lot of companies keep things close to their chest, but I’m sure there are plenty of others who wouldn’t mind showing off some of their clever integrations!

We Integrate with Klaviyo but...

“...we advise customers to use the email tool in our platform.”I’ve heard this from at least 4 or 5 different 3rd party providers at this point, and while my take has always been “well of course they’re going to say that, they want us to use their tool more”, I actually have never dug too far into why providers prefer we send emails natively from their apps rather than integrating through Klaviyo - especially because when I have integrated with Klaviyo, email response rate and deliverability improve tenfold. Does anyone have any insight into the reasoning? Are some providers actually right when they make that statement?

Feature Request: Export Visual Link Activity with Email Image

My creative team gets a ton of value from the visual link activity that we review on a monthly basis, but it’s a huge time suck for me to individually open up each campaign, go to link activity, visual, screen grab the whole page, crop, and share. I’d love for a way to export with the email visuals, even if it’s a flattened version for speed.

How can I pull the product images in a list-triggered flow?

Hey there!For reference, I’m working with Shopify Plus in this instance.So I’m working on a very specific case that is similar to a ‘Back in Stock’ flow, though not tied to a product coming back in stock.We have customers sign up to learn when they can preorder an item, based on its availability by Variant (ie, XS may be available for preorder but not M). Right now we are downloading that list of signups and uploading the properties needed for the email to trigger with relevant info for that product to the customer’s profile.It’s messy, and less than ideal, but better than the arduous process of creating a segment of the people who have signed up for one of several thousand variant IDs that change regularly.My question here specifically, though, is if there is a way to bring the image of the product into the email even though the flow is triggered by ‘added to list’, not an action the customer took related to a product. I would just use the default image URL for each product and try to

Specific Day of Month

We have an email that we want to send out automatically to customers who purchase from a select product category on the first and sixteenth of each month - is there any trick to making this happen?IE, Sandy purchases on July 7th, and receives the communication on July 16th.Jorge purchases on April 29, receives the communication on May 1.Irene purchases on March 15, receives the communication on March 16.

Zendesk x Klaviyo SMS Integration

We configured our integration per all of the guides and instructions, but for some reason we’re having an issue with the Zendesk side that all of our SMS conversations are being converted to Emails once they get there. Has anyone else had any similar issue?

Company Calendar

I’m sure I’m not the first to suggest this, but it’d be great if we could implement a company calendar into Klaviyo and be able to schedule changes - not just campaign sends or flows, but say on Black Friday you want to change the menu bar in your footer to include Terms & Conditions, be able to have an event in your account called Black Friday that spans over a user-determined time period, and universal content blocks can be shown or not shown based on those events.

SMS Credit Usage

We’re looking at some of the Klaviyo integrations related to SMS, and currently run both campaigns and flows using SMS messaging, so I was curious if there is any report type that can show by week, just like ‘total received SMS’, of ‘total SMS credits used’ by each message so I can see where the volume of our plan is being allocated and adjust accordingly?
