Check if property is used in segment

I’m working on cleaning up my properties (about to send a big bulk delete request to the support team), and before I remove any properties, I want to make sure I’m not breaking any segements.Is there a way to check (beyond manually reviewing every segment) if a property is being used in segment logic?

"Any of the following" option instead of multiple "OR" statements?

I’m afraid I already know the answer, but is there any way (in creating segments and/or conditional splits in flows) to use “any of the following” instead of writing out an endless list of “OR” statements?Example: our list is split into multiple regions (North America, Western Europe, Eastern Asia, etc.), and targeting several of the regions in a segment or conditional split is a really tedious process (selecting the properties option, selecting the relevant property, then selecting the right option).Is there any alternative?

Error status code 400 on flow webhook

I’m trying to create an auto-suppression flow with a webhook using the steps in https://medium.com/klaviyo-developers/solution-recipe-9-use-klaviyo-flow-webhooks-to-automate-suppressions-using-segments-and-a-custom-d431c247e96d.As far as I can tell, I set up everything correctly, but when I try a test, I get “Error: status code 400 received when sending webhook.” Any ideas?Headers:Authorization: Klaviyo-API-Key [my private key]accept: application/jsoncontent-type: application/jsonrevision: 2023-12-20JSON body:{  "data": {    "type": "profile-suppression-bulk-create-job",    "attributes": {      "suppressions": [        {          "email": "{{person.email}}"        }      ]    }  }}

Open and click behavior by contact

Is there any report in Klaviyo that can give you an overview of email opens and clicks for an entire list/segment? For example, in HubSpot I can export a group and see how many emails someone has received, opened, and clicked.  I can see this behavior on an individual profile basis, but I’d like to be able to see it en masse. Also, the profile data seems to count multiple opens and clicks per email, which is helpful also, but not what I want to see.

Any way to get Delivered total in custom reports?

I have reports that I run every week to look at campaign and flow performance. For the purposes of these reports, I care more about the total delivered, but there doesn’t seem to be any metric for for that. Instead, I have to include Recipients and Bounces, export the data, and add a column to subtract and get the delivered total.That seems like an unnecessary extra step; is there any way get this data natively in the report?

Klaviyo, please fix the test email process

There are simply too many steps required to send a test email for a campaign:1. Go to the campaign content2. Click "Edit email"3. Click "Preview email"4. Select "Send as an email" instead of the default "Show directly in Klaviyo"I can do this in HubSpot with one click, and every other ESP I’ve used has had a similarly simple interface.If Klaviyo wants to be taken seriously as an email platform, they need to get the basics right.

Klaviyo is consistently slow lately

Is anyone else having a problem lately of Klaviyo being even slower than usual? I’ve always experienced some slowness, but it seems to be getting progressively worse. More often than before, segments will be stuck at “0.1%” for several minutes before calculating, and exporting even a small segment can take several minutes as well. Today I’m trying to upload a new suppression list, and I’ve had this for over 20 minutes (with a faint green line finally appearing after about 15):  This is simply ridiculous.

Gmail open rates dropping?

Anyone else seeing issues with gmail opens and/or deliverability? Open rates for our welcome email dropped drastically on gmail addresses around the end of January, but all other domains are the same. I’m thinking there might be deliverability problems, and I’ve had a few cases of people our organization getting the welcome email in their spam folder. We use the ksd1.klaviyomail.com, and I have seen a few of our IP addresses show on blacklists (though not major ones).
