How can I Import a .csv with a custom property to match the 'Placed Order' event ?

Hey guys, hope you’re fine.We have 10k contacts in our klaviyo account and we want to expand our contacts list importing a .csv file.At the moment, we don't know which of these 10,000 klaviyo contacts placed an order.On every klaviyo contacts, the property “Placed Order” is egual to zero.As I said, we have a .csv file to import: 70% of the .csv file contacts’ are already in the klaviyo contacts list.This .csv file has a field called “orders” which indicates the number of orders made by each contact.Our goal is to import this .csv file and refresh the klaviyo contacts’ property “Placed Order” to better understand how many orders were placed by each klaviyo contacts.I’m concerned about few things:I read on others community questions like this:  that by importing a .csv file with an additional data field relating to “orders”, klaviyo will match the data of the .csv file with those already existing in klaviyo and will add the additional data relating to orders for each contact. Abandoned cart reminder flow cannot be activated

Hey guys,  hope you’re fine.We can’t activate abandoned cart reminder flow (the default pre-built Klaviyo flow).Also, I don’t understand why do we have a “red cross” on the second pre-requisites and what to do to be “compliant”. To be more specific:we integrated klaviyo with shopify and we checked the integrations tab. Also, we tested our integration in the “setup web tracking” section in klaviyo: everything is working.   we can’t see the added to cart event in the analytics → metrics section   we tried to add the klaviyo custom code to our source code as follow, but we didn’t see any changes, also we don’t find any klaviyo script in the source code (we just tried through google developer console: right click on the web page → inspect)     Now, our questions are:Our klaviyo billing plan is not active, so we’re runnig a free version of klaviyo. In order to activate all klaviyo features, do we have to activate klaviyo’s paid plan? Are these problems related to our custom shopify store

Mailchimp migration

Hey guys,  hope you’re safe!We’re migrating from our MC account into klaviyo.As you already know, MC marks every contact with a specific “tag”.There are 4 different tags:empty (someone who bought, but not agreed with subscription); subscribed and /or unsubscribed; cleaned (someone who bought, agreed with subscription but, after the purchase, bounced a lot of emails and is no longer reached by email because it is a very "cold" contact);Now, we have 0 empty and a lot of cleaned contacts. We’re concerned about cleaned contacts management during the migration.I know that unsubscribed contacts, after the migration from MC and thanks to the migration of statistics from MC, are listed in specific field called “suppressed profiles” in the Klaviyo “Profiles” section.Our Goals: We don’t want reach out these cleaned contacts with klaviyo, also, we need to add these cleaned contacts to our customer order history in shopify (“customers” section in shopify dashboard);Also, thanks to your video tutor

back populating subscribers

Hey guys, hope you are fine!This is our situation:our shop went live 14 days ago 14 days ago we started collecting emails through a form connected to our klaviyo “welcome flow” we’re collecting emails in a specific list populated only by our customers emails (migrated from mailchimp) Unfortunately, at the moment our shop is live but our welcome flow is still draft and it’s going live in 12 hours; At the moment, we reached 70 new subscribers emails and no one of them are receiving our welcome flow; So, we have 8k email contacts from mailchimp and new 70 subscribers in the same list linked to the same welcome flow;My question is:can I just send welcome flow to the new 70 subscribers? I’m going to back-populating (attached option) the draft welcome flow in order to have just latest 70 subscribers as recipients. Is it right or wrong?
