Your best examples for the perfect analytics dashboard?

Hey people!I’ve seen a lot of good content here in Klaviyo’s community forum, but what I had issue finding was - examples of your reporting routine. Had invested like 20 minutes in this guide from Klaviyo, I’ve managed to make a decent looking dashboard whereas it shows me the open rates, click rates, unsub rates, spam rates in the past 30 days (seeing the difference on a daily basis). And a few targeted dashboards for my flows. Here’s a picture so that you can make sense of it all: But I believe that I haven’t even scratched the surface. Do you have any helpful examples or something that I could add (or filter)?Any advice would be very warmly welcomed!Thanks

Why do I have limited mobility with sections in the template editor?

This just one of many problems, but… Why is the Custom Layout Feature have limited placement? You can only use it at the top or the bottom of the section, but not inside of the section. I’m amazed how a company with so much development power can go backwards while making something new.

What? What are you doing, Klaviyo?

Been waiting for some features from Klaviyo for two years now, and based on their forum, it seems I’m not the only one. Why does Klaviyo product team is working on some small unnecessary/useless updates, ignoring the ones that are essential. Updated UX icons in the Flow menu? Woah, incredibly useful. Updating analytics and dashboards when it is known that Klaviyo’s tracking is very inaccurate and on top – removing customization? Great. Is there anyone, working in Klaviyo, who could elaborate, why these features, that are present within every other ESP, are not present in Klaviyo:Link tracking (current link tracking solution is useless, because it doesn’t show you how much times X button or Y hyperlink was clicked – it tracks links, which are unique, therefore, showing scattered data) Public email view (currently you can only share an email template, if the person has a user within that Klaviyo account. Advice on Abandoned Cart triggers

Hey, So I’ve been struggling a bit with the ideas on how to adjust our abandoned flow to make sure we’re not receiving any unnecessary unsubscribes and spam reports.   But.. We have a lot of returning customers and, let’s say, some of them will enter the checkout with the same email address… With these current settings, they wouldn’t be able to receive any future abandoned emails even if they’ve purchased a while ago (30 days, 60 days after and so on)… So my idea is to change from “since started this flow” to X days ago.

New Klaviyo Template Builder?

This is going to be a very short rant. Can’t Klaviyo afford QA professionals (if any) to thoroughly test out new features and/or products before launching?Why is the new Klaviyo Template builder is almost as bad as the old one in terms of bugs/usability/user experience?I’ve spent numerous hours building new templates back and forth and most of the time I just stick with the Plain Text editor, because both template editors either don’t work as intended or you have to find a workaround just to perform simple edits. Just recently I’ve switched to the new template editor. It’s ain’t bad, it does work better than the old one, but the bugs/glitches… Sometimes the “duplicate” button doesn’t show up, sometimes when you make one block for desktop, one for mobile, it still shows the same block twice (ignoring your settings), and so on and on… I could name at least 10 different situations when the template editor malfunctioned. Given the fact that I currently own close to 100 different emails on

Klaviyo / compliance and support

What’s happening?What are these delays?What are these mistakes?I’ve been a fan of Klaviyo, but now I’m not.I’ve been struggling to get the attention of Klaviyo’s support representatives.It just takes too much time and effort. They just don’t give  about you anymore.They don’t read what you write and don’t take additional steps to get into your issue. They take the route that’s the easiest - reply with macros. Most of the time, that macro is nowhere close to helping resolve the issue. I do believe now’s a hard time for Klavio’s support due to bad time management or some other reason X, but it’s been like this for months now. The second issue is - compliance. The time is of essence when it comes down to deliverability. On Monday, I’ve sent a request to Klaviyo’s compliance team to reset our email sending domain so we could add a new one, since we’re transitioning to our new brand name. There was no response for over 24 hours.OK.Tried to connect with support for over an hour just to recei

Is there a proper way to move subscribers from X flow to Y?

The problem is, I need my subscribers to finish up moving through the old flow, but all the new ones should go through the new flow. As of now, my subscribers are moving through both flows because obviously I need the same contingent of people from my old flow to the new one (i’ve put some safeguards in the old one, but that’s just not tangible). Creating custom fields is really a silly workaround. Similar (and better) features are widely available in the competition, why there’s such struggle to add some really useful features to Klaviyo?
