View the allocation of unique discounts created through Klaviyo

Hi community!I have a question. Is it possible to see within Klaviyo a list of users that have receive a unique discount code created on Klavio?I’m trying to see what codes belog to each user, but can’t find that info.

If a dynamic coupon is used by the customer and then an email is sent with that same prefix, would a new coupon be created?

Hi again!I have a question regarding dynamic coupons on Klaviyo. The thing is that I want to send a reminder of my welcome discount, but in a different flow, i.e. browse abandonment.The situation is that I don't want to create new coupons, I just want to remind users who received it and haven't used it that they have the possibility to do so. I was trying to set the "has made zero purchases using discount code XXXX" filter, but according to what I researched in other posts here in the community this doesn't work, as Klaviyo can't tell if the dynamic coupon has been used or not.So, what I want to know is if Klaviyo considers as "expired" a coupon that was already used, since currently my welcome series codes have no expiration date. And then, if I were to send another email in a flow to people who had already used their coupon, Klaviyo would generate a new one for them, while those who haven't used it would still receive the same one? ...I'm not sure if there is a better solution to rem

About flow filters for segment triggered flows and active on site event

Hello community! I’m asking for your help again. I think I might not been understing correctly how active on site works. The thing is that we want to create a 30-day active and 7-day active flows to send some content to users that meet this condition, so we create this segments and with them will trigger the respective flows.  But when I was trying to add the flow filter “has not been in this flow” I noticed that is not possible for segment triggered flows. I already searched on the community for insights, and found useful information in here: But there’s one thing I still don’t get. In the case of my segments I think is possible to be active on site in the last 7 days, be part of my segment, then don’t be active on the site for like two months or something, and then again beign active in the last 7 days… Am I correct?If I am… this doesn’t imply they could enter my flows more than once ergo I’ll need to add a filter to prevent them on getting the same content?Hope you can help me!

{{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} doesn't rebuild my cart (Shopify integration)

Hi Community!  I’m having troubles with my abandonment cart flow. Already checked a lot of related responses here in the community, but none helps me get through it. Hope you can help me.  The thing is that “Recover my cart” button on my emails doesn't rebuild the cart. The body of the email is fine and it shows the products my clients left behind, but when hitting the button it goes directly to the home page.  I started using the {{ event.extra.checkout_url }} when noticed the problem, and changed it for{{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} which is currently on my emails, but the problem remains. My eCommerce is in Shopify and the trigger of the flow is the Checkout Started event. One important thing. I’m noticing this error with my own user. After running some test and reviewing my site, I met the conditions to be part of the flow and successfully received the email, but with the issue with the button. Klaviyo email subscription auto-upgrade question

Hi Community!  I have another question. I’ve been reading about how Klaviyo charges for each plan, but I just can’t understand it correctly.  My account is set up for auto-upgrade, and right now I’ve exceeded my active profile limits. What does this mean? Or what should I expect in terms of my next payment?  The only information I see on my account is that my current plan will have a higher price due to recent updates in Klaviyo pricing. That I get it, but this new price still shows the same amount of profiles and emails I currently have, so I’m still worried if I’ll have to pay more since I have more active profiles than the ones on my plan.I’m so confused because I read that Klaviyo will never upgrade my plan (even if I have the auto-upgrade?), but prevent me for sending an email blast that counts more profiles that my plan allows, is this true?Hope you can help me because I really need help with this :(

Issue with "viewed product" tracking in browse abandonment flow

Hi Community! Hope you can help me again. I’ve set the flow above, and ran a test to see if it will put me on queue for the email, and it did! The thing is… today when I received the email it wasn’t the product that originally put me in the flow, but the last product I saw in the eCommerce today. :/ So, I’m thinking I didn’t get right how the flow is supposed to work or even the viewed product snippet. This is the tag configured in the email: {{ person.ViewedItems.0.Title }}. My guess is that the tag only recover the last product a browser viewed, so I’m thinking about having to delete or replace the 1-day delay, but I’m all confused here. Or maybe there is a different tag that I should be using?It is important to me to have a time delay to avoid spamming my browsers. Thanks in advance!

Does Klaviyo create segments and list by itself?

Hi Community! Hope you can help me again.  These past days I noticed something really strange, there have been segments and lists appearing in my account that I don't create and I don't understand the reason. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Understand Klaviyo pop-up A/B testing results

Hi community! I’d be happy if someone can help me with a doubt related to pop-ups in Klaviyo. I ran an A/B testing to see if my exit-intent pop-up with an image was more effective than the version just with text. The experiment was active for almost a month (around 25 days), but Klavyio says the results are not statistically significant:  Do you know how much time is need for the results to be conclusive? Or is more related to the traffic on my website? I’m having trouble understanding the results.
