I have a trigger split set up to differentiate our two product offerings on a browse abandonment flow. The split is showing people falling in the ‘Yes’ category but I have no one waiting in the actual email flow. I’ve checked multiple days in a row to see if they are adding after the 2 hour wait period but nothing has changed.Screenshot attached. Any help is much appreciated.
