Anyone Experienced in Countdown Timers within Klaviyo?

Best (or Worst) Countdown Timer Apps for Use in Klaviyo?Sentric?CountdownMail?Mailtimers?Motion Mail? Hey, all!Just wondering if anyone has personal experience with countdown timer apps and can recommend one app over another for use in Klaviyo email campaigns and/or flow emails. (Or if there are any apps to stay away from.)We’ve not used a countdown timer app before and I’ve researched reviews/blogs about some of the seemingly top choices, but I’d love to hear opinions from actual Klaviyo users. Any must-have features? Best practices? Image Block vs. Text Block Source CodeI read a previous Klaviyo Community post where the conclusion was that using the text block source code for a countdown timer will allow the timer to run down to zero in Klaviyo rather than an image block (every time the email is refreshed the timer counts down from the beginning again), so we will take that functionality into consideration in our decision. Does Klaviyo support BIMI?

Have any Klaviyo users successfully implemented BIMI for their brand and the logo image is displaying as expected by participating mailbox providers?I was told by Klaviyo Support that “...the full setup of BIMI (in terms of the setup process via Klaviyo via modifying headers) are not yet supported by Klaviyo...I will happily message our product team to upvote this option as BIMI begins to increase in presence.”So, does BIMI work with Klaviyo emails, or not? In looking into implementing BIMI for our brand, I started a conversation with our Tech Team, sharing the necessary steps with them. After they reviewed the steps, they suggested I confirm with Klaviyo, before we proceed, that the platform supports BIMI in our outgoing emails. Klaviyo published a help article about BIMI, but it does not explicitly state – once BIMI is properly set up per the BIMI Group / Validity step-by-step process – what we then do in our Klaviyo outgoing emails to ensure that our BIMI record is correctly and aut

Smart Send Time: Effectiveness Considering Inflated Open Rates?

We haven’t yet completed the necessary steps in Klaviyo for Smart Send Time, but I am curious: How effective is the Smart Send Time data/tool in Klaviyo now given the inflated open rates due to increased proxy opens by mailbox providers? (e.g., Apple’s Mail Privacy Protection, and others.) At the time I first heard about Smart Send Time in Klaviyo a couple of years ago, it seemed that it was primarily based on opens. Are other engagement stats factored into this determination, as well?Has anyone gone through the steps for Smart Send Time and found its implementation to increase recipient engagement and ultimately deliverability? The steps aren’t complex, but I’m just wondering if it’s worth the time and effort or not and how effective it is considering proxy opens.Thank you!

Holdout Test for Email Sending Frequency Testing

Has anyone designed and set up a holdout test in Klaviyo to help determine their optimal email sending frequency? Just looking for tips and best practices for setting up such a test in Klaviyo, since the platform doesn’t offer an out-of-the-box solution for this, and I believe it requires several layers of multiple steps to pull it off.I’ve read a few general online articles about setting up holdout tests, but nothing that has gotten into deeper specifics for this particular use case. Thought I’d ask in here. :-)Thanks!

What to do with existing contacts in a flow when you need to retire the flow and enable a new one?

When you have an existing multi-email flow that’s been live for a while, but you now need to change it to a brand-new flow, what do you do with the existing contacts who are already in the (old) flow… Is there a way to “block” all contacts from being triggered into a to-be-retired flow? In an ideal world, the existing contacts in a to-be-retired flow could still “finish out” from their current place within the flow, but yet the flow would not allow any new contacts to enter it (because I want all new contacts to get triggered into the new metric-triggered flow instead of the old segment-triggered flow).It would be nice if there was an efficient way to “salvage” the contacts who are still in the old flow, so that we don’t just cut them off mid-flow.Right now, I am changing all statuses of emails in the old segment-triggered flows to “Draft” because I don’t know how else to halt the flow from triggering more contacts into it. Anyone have any tricks or advice to handle this? MORE CONTEXT:
