Customer Surveys

Hello! I am looking to create some customer surveys. Does anybody have any suggestions of platforms that you use that work well with your KLAYVIO account. We are doing some product development so we would be looking to send out several different surveys. Any experience or suggestions would be helpful.

Trouble with email design/Padding.

I need some help with my email design. When sending my test emails to myself and another teammate the email looks different. I have removed the padding for top/bottom on both the image area and the block. When I sent the preview my email looks exactly how I wanted it to look, without padding, however, my teammates showed up in her inbox with padding? Anybody know what I could be doing wrong here? Profiles in Segment. Where are they coming from?

Hello! I created a new segment of profiles that are NOT suppressed and have received 0 emails over time. The list is very large and I am trying to figure out where these people are coming from and if it is ok to send an email campaign to them. They are not on my Main list which is rather confusing. I am fairly new to Klayvio and email marketing in general so I am struggling to understand these sort of things. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
