Variable syntax for number of orders placed

I’d like to use variable syntax in a flow email to communicate how many orders a customer has placed with us during a certain time period. (“Congratulations! You’ve placed X orders with us since DATE.”) I’m having a difficult time figuring out A) if this is possible; and B) which variables to use.Any ideas? Or if you know of another way to do this other than variable syntax, I’m all ears.

Refer a Friend: Sending a reward email based on a custom profile property

We are building a Refer a Friend program using a combination of Shopify, Jotform, Zapier, and Klaviyo. We are at the point where we need to send a reward code (via Klaviyo) to the referrer once the referee has made their first purchase. We have the referrer’s email address set up to be added to the referee’s Klaviyo profile as a custom property (from Jotform to Klaviyo via Zapier). What we can’t figure out is how to pull the referrer’s email address from the referee’s custom profile property in order to trigger the reward email to the referrer. Any ideas?

What's wrong with my Dashboard Overview?

Ever since one of the recent updates, we’ve been having trouble viewing the Analytics Dashboard Overview properly. The sections go out horizontally farther than the computer screen, and there’s no sideways scroll bar, so we can’t actually see the numbers. There’s also a double vertical scroll bar, which is just annoying. Is there a way to fix this so that we can actually see our numbers?

WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed

We got an error message from Klaviyo saying that our WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed. Our data from WooCommerce has stopped updating, which means that our flows are not being triggered.Has anyone else experienced this? And what did you do to fix it? Any ideas as to what causes this?(We have contacted Klaviyo support as directed by the error message, but they’ve informed us that they are slow and suggested we ask the Community in the meantime.)

One of our customers was suppressed and now wants to be unsuppressed. How can we do that?
