Ignore missing products in catalog lookup

We have a dynamic block based on an item id list, that uses the `catalog` lookup tag in order to display product information. Sometimes, we get the Error `product not in feed`, when an item from the ID list was deleted by us.Is it possible to ignore missing catalog items somehow? Thanks in advance, Aram Becker

Can Analysts no longer suppress customer profiles?

Our Customer Support recently found out, that they were no longer able to suppress customer profiles. We have previously assigned them the role “Analyst” specifically to enable this. Is there another role, that’s not Manager or Admin that can perform profile suppression? Manager is not really an option as we would like to restrict access to areas like API keys and payments.

Can we remove empty Product Categories?

We have recently cleaned up our product categories and have removed many of them However, the old categories are still present, with no products attached to them. Are they removed automatically or can you trigger something?

Can I ignore missing products when looping over a list?

Since my original topic has gone stale, I would like to continue the conversation here.We have the following issue:We have an event “Added to Wishlist” As an event parameter we send the entire customer’s wishlist We react to this with a flow, that summarizes the customer’s wishlist at the end of the weekOccasionally we get the error “product not in feed”, and the email is not sent. This is due to deleted products, that are still in the customer’s wishlist. We unfortunately have no control over this list, as it’s saved on the user’s browser.Iam aware of the unpublished="cancel" option for the catalog tag, but that is not what we want to achieve. We want to continue sending the mail, without displaying the missing product. Is it possible to ignore and not display the missing products?

Products a customer may also like does not seem to work

Hi, we have recently created a Feed using `Products a customer may also like` with both the purchase and the viewing history of the customers. When testing the feed in a product block, it always seems to fall back to `If the customer has limited history`. We have specifically selected a customer in the preview, that has a rich order and viewing history, but the results are always the same. We are using a custom catalog source with all the recommended attributes. Is there something we can do to enable Products a customer may also like`?

How do I access a property with a dollar sing `$` in it's name?

We are using the `catalog` lookup tag to display items from a users wishlist. However, some of the properties have a `$` in them, which breaks the dot.syntax when accessing properties.{ ..., "metadata": { "$price": 24.99, "$inventory_policy": 1, "$inventory_quantity": 5, ... }}When I use the following syntax, I get an error message in the template editor and cannot save the template:<div> {% catalog itemID %} {{ catalog_item.metadata.$price }} {% endcatalog %}</div>Is there a way to escape the dollar sing `$` somehow?

How do I add a custom web feed in the New Template Editor

I have successfully set up a custom web feed. When trying to use the `feeds` variable in a template it (obviously) does not show up. In the documentation it says If you’re using the Classic Editor, click the Data Feeds link in the footer of the template editor.But I cannot find the same option in the new Template Editor. I tried `Hacking` the feed by adding an empty Product block, but the Web Feed cannot be selected as it’s dynamic input (which makes sense). Where can I find the feeds in the New Template Editor?

Are there any Metrics that enable new flows in the flow library?

Hi! Our flow library looks kind of empty (exactly 20 flows). As we have to build our own custom integration, we might be missing a few key Metrics. Our current list includes:Active on Site Added to Cart Removed from Cart Added to Wishlist Started Checkout Viewed Product Placed Order Fulfilled Order Cancelled Order Refunded Order Ordered Product Subscribed to Back in StockIs there any metric missing to extend our flow library? Or is this due to having implemented a custom integration? Thanks in advance!

Can't find "Back in Stock" flow in the flow library

Hi! We have recently set up all the required steps to enable the “Back in Stock” flow for a custom product feed. We are transferring the `$$inventory_quantity` field and have already received a few `Subscribed to Back in Stock` events. The “Back in Stock” settings are also available.But we cannot find the “Back in Stock” flow in the library. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Product Feed with multiple Categories that must be set (logical AND)

We would like to create a product feed / data feed, with products that have to include multiple categories. We can already create a feed, where one of the categories must be set (logical OR) through `Limit to specific categories`. As an example, we would like to create a feed with all consoles, games and accessories in our `Nintendo Wii`, `Nintendo Gamecube` and `Gameboy` and Category. As of now we have to set:Nintendo Wii - Games Nintendo Wii - Consoles Nintendo Wii - Accessories Nintendo Gamecube - Games Nintendo Gamecube - Consoles Nintendo Gamecube - Accessories Gameboy - Games Gameboy - Consoles Gameboy - AccessoriesIf we could `AND` categories like in Flows, this would shorten the list dramatically:Categories Games Consoles Accessories AND Nintendo Wii Nintendo Gamecube  Gameboy We are planning to use 30-50 Categories in combination with 5  or more general Categories, so at the moment we would have to set 150-250 entries.

Using a different event for back in stock flows

The documentation (https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/how-to-enable-back-in-stock-for-custom-catalog-feeds) says, that the event for back in stock notifications has to be called Subscribed to Back in Stock.Would it be possible to create a back in stock flow from an event, which has a different name? More specifically, we want to use the event `Added to Wishlist` which has the same format as the back in stock subscription to also provide a back in stock notification. We could of course send the subscription together with the event, but we would like to have more control over the flow, separately from the normal back in stock flow.

Using "description" in a dynamic product block

We would like to include the Description in a product block using dynamic products from a product feed. The option seems to be only available when using static products, so the alternative would be looping over the feed.However, simply repeating a block on feeds.FEED_NAME seems not to work. Is there another way to loop over product data feeds?Thanks!
