New AI Subject Line Analysis

Hey friends! I recently discovered this fun improvement to the AI subject line tool in Klaviyo. Did you know you can now look at the “analyze” tab and see your top performing subject lines from the last 90 days? This was implemented as part of product feedback that myself and the other Community Champions shared in December. Klaviyo’s product team really does listen to feedback, and they have a big exciting roadmap for improvements to come in 2024! Has anyone tried this AI feature lately?

How to launch your first flows in Klaviyo

So you have a new Klaviyo account, and you're ready to build your first flows. Where do you start? The most wonderful benefit of using flows is they automate your email marketing in response to an action, or lack of action, taken by your subscriber. First things first Although these emails are automated, that doesn’t mean you can treat this like a “set it and forget it” type of tool. You’ll need to refine your flows over time. This can look like: adjusting the content A/B testing subject lines switching out offers to find which ones have the best conversion rate. Each iteration will be a little stronger as you’ll learn new information about what your unique audience responds to most.  Designing a flow can feel daunting at first. Best optin offers for giveaways (no discounting)

Hey community!I’m doing some research on different optin offers, and I’m interested to hear what your experience has been with doing giveaways. My clients mostly sell luxury products, and prefer to not give any discount offers. So the challenge becomes, how do you incentivize optins without offering a discount? I’d love to know...What was the optin reward offered? Did every new subscriber get a reward, or just one monthly/weekly winner? How did you fulfill that? Did they have to place an order with a secret discount code to “redeem” the reward?I’ve seen optin rates around 3% when everyone was offered a free sticker. Then optin rates of 9-11% when we offer a downloadable asset like a pet safety checklist, or packing list. I’d love to see some new ideas though… ~ Gabrielle

Signup forms targeting specific utm parameters

We’ve previously built signup forms in Privy that target specific utm parameters so a popup form displays based on one referral source, and a different version of the popup form displays based on another referral source.I can’t find information in the Klaviyo help docs that confirm this is possible, but I expect it will work based on URL specific display rules.Has anyone done this before and had problems that I should know about? Thanks,Gabrielle

Does Typeform Send List data type custom properties from Typeform to Klaviyo?

Hey guys,I’m working with a client who uses forms to collect data about their customers when they’re registered products they’ve purchased. We want to send data from this form to Klaviyo, to enrich our customer profile.So when they register a product, that links to a registered_product custom profile property in Klaviyo. It’s set as a List data type because we want to be able to store multiple values, and track each product they register. Does anyone have experience syncing a Typeform field with a Klaviyo custom property that has a List data type?I’m concerned the integration only supports syncing of custom properties that have the Text/String data type…
