Phone and email tracking

Hello,Klaviyo newb here. Our brand is starting to expand our retail efforts and a lot of that involves email and phone follow-ups. Is this something Klaviyo can assist with? I.e. reminders, logs, spreadsheets, tracking, etc? Or should I be looking for a different CRM?Thanks !Max​​​​​​​

Send Flow Email as Campaign

Hello!Is it possible to send a particular e-mail in one of my flows as a campaign?I’ve added an email into my flow but many people in my flow have already gone past where in inserted the e-mail. Is it possible to send that particular flow email to everyone who missed it?Sorry for the confusing question...

Website Subscribe Page - Divert 5 star/1 star ratings

Hello,I have a subscribe page on my website where people sign up for a VIP club. In the subscribe form, there’s a section to fill out a rating for a product (1 to 5).Is it possible to automatically e-mail people who choose a certain rating? I am looking for messages to go out to the person based on the type of rating they give. Or do I need to do this manually or with zapier or something?

sunsetting unengaged - eventually everyone?

Hey -I have a sunset unengaged subscribers flow set up (no interactions in 4 months). At the same time, I have a flow that has 27 emails in it (will last approx 6-ish months). Does that mean that at the end of the flow (when people stop receiving regular emails from me), they will ALL be auto-sunsetted since im not sending anything? Or do I have that wrong.TY

I have a “sign up to our newsletter” button on our website. I built the form with HTML. How do I link the “subscribe” button to have people brought into my Klaviyo List?

Landing Pages & Klaviyo

Hey Folks.I sell physical products. Inside the packaging is an insert w/ a QR code that leads to a landing page. The landing page is a signup for my Klaviyo list. Unfortunately, there’s no connection between my landing page provider and Klaviyo. So I need to move subscribers over manually. BUT, Klaviyo says that when someone signs up to my list, I should “strike while the iron is hot” and have the welcome email flow begin to send to them automatically. How can I do this without spending $90/month with Unbounce or something.Probably there’s a simple solution but i’m a pretty big newb in general.Any help is appreciated.Max

Flow to Flow

Possibly an incredibly stupid question.I have a welcome series. After 8 days, the welcome series is over. So, I want the people who have completed the welcome series be put in the next flow which is a nurture series.What is the best way to go about this? I can’t seem to figure out how to move people from one flow to another. Do I need to tag all profiles that have completed the welcome series or something and add that as a trigger? Not 100% sure how to proceed…Thanks!
