Invite existing subscribers to sign up to unique event list/segment

Hey,  Really sorry this is quite long and I’ve got two questions a) what is best practise for subscribers b)best practise new sign ups.We are planning a fitness week in January 2024. We want to invite existing subscribers via an email campaign to join our indoor training week. During the promotional week they’ll get daily emails with tips, hacks, guides and invites to join an off line in-store event and online live events to take part with us. ExistingNot all our subscribers will want to get daily emails so we don’t want to just bombard people.Not all our customers want to do indoor training.Not all our subscribers have shown intent to do indoor cycle training but after Christmas they may change their mind and we want to give the opportunity to tell us they are interested. Our main list already has a preferences page, which customers can update their profiles. So I don’t want to direct subscribers to this because it has a few questions on it and we ask them during the welcome flow to u

Insert custom url event variable into a campaign

Hey, We use Trustpilot to gather product reviews, (this is historic before we moved to Klaviyo).For customers who have forgotten to review a product or didn’t feel the time was right or reviewed just our service. I’d like to invite them again to review the product in a more personalised way using a campaign. Trustpilot generates a custom url and invites people who have purchased. Once they click on the URL the product is displayed and it ensures; they review the correct product; the review gets a verified purchase check & goes to the email address associated with the order. Is it possible to add a custom property (the unique url) to the customer profile and then insert that into a campaign? (As an aside, I am looking into Klaviyo Reviews & I am aware of Trustpilot Integration but this is just to display existing reviews not gather new ones).   Thanks,Claire

Sign Up Form Targeting: avoiding returning customers seeing new customer incentive

HEY ALL, In the run up to Black Friday Cyber Monday our sales decrease as people hold out hoping for deals. BACKGROUNDWe are running a sign up incentive until 10th November to offer New Profiles / New Customers 10% off to sign up.A new customer is: someone who has never made a purchase from us and has not subscribed to any marketing lists. I don’t want this offer to show to existing subscribers or existing customers as we want new people to try shopping with us. I don’t want existing customers to unsubscribe or use alternative emails just to sign up and get the offer. Existing customers: anyone who has made a purchase in the last 15 months  AND/OR they may be a subscriber to our marketing lists.  I want to gain as many new sign ups as possible before BFCM. Incentive Sign up form: in the targeting & behavior section I am excluding anyone on my Main Newsletter lists AND a segment of customers who have purchased at least once in the last 15 months. Welcome Flow: for this short incenti

Back in stock: second email if product is delayed

Hey,We have a back in stock flow working really well. However, one of our high value and high demand products (a bicycle) has been out of stock for three months and due to some issues it will continue to be out of stock for another three months. I want to email back in stock subscribers who have been signed up over a month for the product and let them know it is not back in stock, yet but it is coming and in production. I want to try and retain their interest, remind them we’re still here in the hope they don’t choose to purchase elsewhere.I don’t want to email people who have just signed up. I don’t really want to send a campaign, I was hoping to create a flow, where the trigger was once they have been signed up for over 45 days we email them an update.Should I make a separate flow? and if so what would the triggers be?Should I build a second branch into my back in stock flow? and again I’m not quite sure what my triggers would be to isolate that product. Thanks Claire

Run contest only for existing opt-in subscribers

Hey,I want to run a contest that is exclusively for people who have already subscribed and meet certain shopping criteria. I will not be offering this competition on social media or via any other media.It is a reward for staying engaged and being part of the brand. The sign up form will be sent via email to existing subscribers. I set up a new list as detailed in this article (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000798472). However once designing the page. I’m not sure what to do about the  confirmation page and opt-in page (below are the two pages/steps I’m referring to)As these people are already subscribers I don’t need to ask them to subscribe again and I don’t want to confuse them either.  For the existing VIP customers I already have a manage preference page is already customised for the subscribers to add more details about their shopping habits so I don’t want to change this.  Maybe I should not have set up a list, but duplicated a segment and customised a manage pref

Cross Sell Flow Filter Trigger

Hey, I wondered if someone could take a look at my flow and tell me where I’ve gone wrong in the set up.We’re a bike company and if someone purchases a handlebar, it is likely they’ll need some handlebar tape to wrap around it. I’ve got a cross sell flow in action and its also a repeat purchase flow.  Email 1: if they recently ordered tape or it was part of their handlebar order. They don’t need a cross sell email but after a year they’ll need to repeat the purchase. So I set up a delay of 300 days and they’ll get an email from us. Email 2: If they forgot to add handlebar tape and haven’t recently bought any. They need our cross sell email.Email 3: If they got our cross sell and then made a purchase. They are going to need to repeat that purchase after a year. I set up a extra string for those guys. Here’s my conditional split in detail: I set the flow to manual to see if it was working and unfortunately no one entered it. I quickly created a segment to look for profiles who had ordere

Is there a way to a prioritise price drop email over abandoned cart email?

Hey, I’ve got two email flows that I’ve set up for a while and getting good conversions.Abandoned Cart Flow Price Drop FlowI wondered if anyone has advice on how to prioritise the Price Drop Flow over other emails. Here is an example: A customer was looking at a pair of socks and they add to cart then drop out. At a similar time we drop the price of the socks or a sale event starts.I would prefer the customer to get an email about the price drop because a lower price is always a bonus!  When we did A/B testing waiting an hour before sending a price drop email got the best results and waiting an hour then sending an abandoned cart email also got the best conversions.I don’t want to delay the abandoned cart for 2 hours because we’ll miss out on conversions for non-sale items, which is most of the catalog. Just in case this is relevant. We don’t change our prices at specific times of the day, we have 5,000 skus and a number of different people monitoring our prices versus competitors. Any

Multiple sign up forms - only display one during user session

Hey Everyone, I have built two sign up forms that are targeted at users based on the pages they browse.Sign Up Form 1 - this will appear if the user is on any product pages, homepage etc. The message/content says ‘sign up to get product news, deals & launches’.Sign Up Form 2 - this will appear if the users is on any of our How To Articles, Tips Pages or reading a guides. Usually people land on these pages because they search a question on google.The form content says ‘Get maintenance tips, hacks and advice straight to your inbox’. Both forms are linked to the same list. If the user triggers either form, and decides not to sign up but navigates to a page that triggers the other form. I don’t want them to be asked again to sign up because I don’t want to annoy the user. Can I use segmenting or any other logic to do this? Or is Klaviyo not advanced enough for that. Our ecommerce store is Shopify.
