If flows are triggered by a dynamic segment, will a contact who moves from one segment to another be pushed into a different flow with that segment as a trigger?

Hi, apologies if this has been asked before, feel free to refer me to another thread if necessary! Bit of a wordy question, but I’ve created various customer journey flows for a client based upon some dynamic segments that we worked out through an RFM analysis. Basically there’s 5 flows, new customers, promising customers, core customers, high value and lost customers.I’m just wondering if for example, someone in the new customer list makes enough purchases to meet the requirements of the promising customer segment, they will be added to that segment of course, does this also mean they will join the flow that is triggered by someone joining that segment?I’m just trying to avoid crossover in communications if someone is trapped in 2 flows. I have added in a condition to end the flow if a “new” customer places an order while in the flow, but will they be added to the next flow up, if that makes sense?Thanks in advance, excuse my brain dump of a question!

Close button missing from flyout form

Hi, not too sure if anyone knows what’s gone wrong here but I’m having a slight issue with a flyout form. There used to be a button to close the form, top right corner I think it was originally, anyway I’ve been tinkering around with the styling of the form and I can’t seem to find/see the close button anymore. This is a form live on a client’s website so it’s a bit of a problem that customer’s aren’t able to close this once it appears. I’ll attach a screenshot so you can see what’s going on.  For some reason as well, the dismissal settings don’t seem to be available to me, I know there’s an option to have the form close if someone clicks back onto the page but is this not available for flyouts and just pop ups or something?Thanks in advance!

Testing a flow-is it possible to skip through time delays/waits to speed up the process?

Hi there, hope someone can help with my question!Just to give a brief description of what I’m trying to do. Currently testing a flow for a client before going live with it, just wondering is there a way to skip past the time delays I’ve created between the emails to speed up the testing process? I’m more used to working inside ActiveCampaign and I know you can do this using that software, just wondering if there’s a similar thing in Klaviyo for this kind of thing?Thanks in advance :)
