Multi-Account SetupTutorial

Multi-account is a feature built for clients who want to integrate multiple stores in Klaviyo using one login. To use this feature, you need to create a separate Klaviyo account for each store using the same email address and password. This allows you to track each account without having to log out and log back in using a separate email address. Rather, you can toggle between accounts through the switch option on the upper right of their account.The multi-account feature also extends to your team. Any member on the team can be added as a new user to multiple accounts with their primary address. Once added, the team member will have the ability to toggle between each account on the upper right corner, similar to how the account owner would toggle.Learn more about Multi-Account User Privileges here.

When editing your forms in Klaviyo, you’ll find several customization options for display and targeting located within the Behaviors tab:Display Timing: Setting a loading or scrolling delay creates a better experience for your visitors that’s both less intrusive and disruptive. Exit intent forms in particular have been shown to perform really well for this reason, and combining this behavior with a delay will ensure that your messaging reaches those visitors who have spent a decent amount of time on your site just before they go to leave. Display Frequency: It’s a good idea to hide forms from visitors who have already provided the information requested, but in the case where someone closed a form without submitting it, you can set the form to show again for that person after a certain number of days, when they may be more willing to subscribe.Devices: This is where you will choose which devices your form will appear on. Sending to engaged customers is crucial to being a successful email marketer. We recommend breaking up your Klaviyo subscribers into 30-, 60-, and 90-day engagement groups. If you send daily, we recommend using a 30-day engaged criteria (using opened or clicked email). If you plan to send to subscribers weekly or monthly, extend the timeframe for opens and clicks to 60 or 90 days.Monitor your open rates using the engagement report.

How to Add Dynamic and Static Coupons to EmailsTutorial

Depending on the type of message you're sending, there are two different ways to add a link to an email in order to automatically include a coupon to the recipients cart. When you first navigate to the homepage of the Klaviyo website, www.klaviyo.com, you will be met with a high-level overview of what Klaviyo has to offer along with links and tabs. On the upper right of the homepage, there are three clickable links: Request Demo, Sign Up, and Account or Login.  Request Demo: This link is useful if you are completely new to Klaviyo and want to learn more about its value and features. By clicking this Request Demo link and filling out the form, you are initiating a request for a product walkthrough and consultation with a member of the Sales team.
