Hi,i was able to successfully install the woocommerce integration. The Klaviyo plugin is also activated.After a couple of days i checked the integration and the plugin was deactivated? Is there a reason for this? I don’t see any integration errors, and data is getting synced without any issues Thanks, Lukas
Hi,im using Klaviyo with Woocommerce. I asked support to add the “on hold” status to my orders. This should prevent people from getting into the abandoned cart flow. It’s currently set to manual but im still seeing users in the “needs review” section User:Placed an order (order status “on hold”)User shows up in the “needs review” tab. Any idea what im missing? Thanks!
