Inserting symbols into email

Strange how I can’t find anything about symbols in the help threads…Is there a way to insert symbols such as arrows and emojis into emails?When I copy/paste them from the web they don’t show properly when I get my test email to my gmail.Suggestions? Screengrab so you can see I don’t have any symbol option…

SMS pricing unclear to me...

Hey all,Maybe I just have brain fry but I’m not understanding how pricing for SMS works…Two q’s:I see it says send up to 150 sms messages - does that mean 150 in total? So if I have 400 profiles and I send 1 sms mssg - I’m way over the 150 limit just with one sms send? I see the $20 plan (500 subs) says you can send up to 150. Not sure what this means price-wise? What happens when you need more than 150? Is it just me, or is it very unclear from the pricing info on the billing/pricing pages? Thanks in advance for any help with this!

Sign up form sent to email?

Hey all!Hope I can explain what I’m trying to do so it’s clear...lol.I set up a sign up form that I’m trying to use as a “contact form” where customers can ask me questions seeing as Klaviyo does not seem to have actual contact form options. Is there any field that can be added, or any other way to have their questions submit to my email? I can’t find anything like that.This is what I have set up. There’s a text input field bcs I can’t find something else for now: Then I have the email field. Is there an option instead of that text field in which whatever they write there gets sent to my email? Basically, I’m looking for a contact me form through klaviyo WITHOUT added apps.Or some other out of the box genius workaround… :-)

email report when someone subscribes?

Hi everyone! I can't find where to set this up - I'd like to get an email every time someone subscribes to a list.Where do I set that up? Right now i have no way of knowing apart from going into klaviyo reports. Tia!Rachel

Multiple surveys over multiple emails?

Hey all! Newbie here 😉 So - I’ve read other threads here regarding setting up a survey that links back to your manage preferences page (and subscribe form...).I don’t want to use Typeform which I see being suggested. My goal is to send out a series of campaigns, or even monthly campaigns, asking my subs to choose certain things - aka a survey. I would like whatever they click on to be added to their profile as a custom property.Not sure how to do this best? How do people run surveys natively in their campaigns and then have the property added automatically?Would I maybe set up embedded sign up forms on specific pages that I create for each survey (pages in shopify) and then have those fields link to the properties?Does that make any sense at all??🤔Or am I way over complicating it and there’s a better way?OR is my brain totally fried at this point from an entire week of setting up my new Klaviyo account and reading tons of technical articles...😝Thanks in advance for ANY and all help!
