Applying discount $ to order value in a flow

I have an interesting problem I am keen to explore with the community. We are running a promotion on estimates where if the total order value is >$600, then you are eligible to a $100 discount. This offer is only available in store so we are encouraging people to take the email in store as proof of the offer (there is a technical limitation where we cannot pass a discounted value to klaviyo, only the true total). The email is included below shows the dynamic price data in a table which is pulled from our database.  Is there a way I can add a new row under the ‘Grand total’ row which contains to total value - $100? So in the example below it would have the new total as $1255.77.  Is this possible? Thanks!

Opting Customers into a new list from an email

We are launching a new Loyalty program that we want to get existing customers to opt in to. Ideally I want to send an email out to all the current existing customers in our database informing them of the new program and include a link to a form. When completing this form the customer is automatically added to the Loyalty list in Klaviyo.  I attempted to create a sign up form within Klaviyo but this was just a pop up on our website. Can klaviyo create an actual page with a form on it? Thanks

Conditional split not working when used in a flow after an A/B test

I have an A/B test in my flow which is designed to test whether an offer converts better than no offer. After the A/B test I have 2 conditional splits which include a webhook back to the sales platform to track which customer received which offer.  The problem is that the first conditional split is pushing 100% of the customers through the ‘No’ path even though ~50% received Variation A:I Any ideas why both conditionals are not picking up that customers have received either variation?

Adding more 'Winning Metrics' to A/B test in flows?

I have a flow which is designed to convert people who have received an estimate from us. The main CTA is for them to get in touch to confirm a booking or continue with their purchase, not to finish their purchase online.  I want to A/B test this email to understand which email is causing more people to convert. The only metric available to me are ‘Open Rate’ or ‘Click Through’. Neither of these works for me as my Open Rate is already ~80% and there is no clickable CTA. Is there no way to add the conversion metric instead? Ideally I want to know which email is ultimately driving more sales through an increase in the key conversion metric, in this case; Sales_receipts. I realise that I can track this in in the report for the test overall but I cant seem to use it as a Winning metric. Is there a way to configure the A/B test metrics? Thanks

Does the Conditional Split 'Contains' condition look at each option individually?

I have a re-engagement flow which is sending comms out to customers that have contacted us about a quote. In this quote we provide a discount, if the quote includes specific brands then they cannot be sent the discount.I have setup a conditional Split in the flow and used the ‘contains’ condition to list all the brands that are excluded, this should exclude anyone that has one of these brands against their record: When I look at the customers that ‘pass’ the split, some of them have brands lists in the quote, i.e its not excluding them. Does the ‘contain’ condition require that the quote contain ALL the brands listed for it to work, or will it exclude someone that contains at least 1? Ideally it needs to exclude them if they have 1 or more brands listed. Thanks!

Custom Back in Stock trigger

We have an inhouse custom ecomm platform that we are trying to setup Back in Stock notifications for. A daily product feed is being pushed into klaviyo already with inventory quantities.  We have followed the steps in this guide: https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/how_to_set_up_custom_back_in_stock to setup the API POST request on submission on the website. I can see that these requests are being added against customers accounts in klaviyo: The problem is that Klaviyo doesn't appear to be treating this like a ‘Back in Stock’ request as none of the specific ‘Back in Stock’ flow triggers or delays are appearing when I go to create the flow. There is also no option in the account settings to modify the settings for ‘Back in Stock’, as seen in this guide: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003872251-Building-a-Back-in-Stock-Flow#back-in-stock-flow-settings2 Is there something else required, in the integration, to tell Klaviyo that this is a back in stock update in the custom

I need to apply a tag to a group of customers

I have a segment of customers that I want to add a tag to. I have gone and applied the tag to the segment of customers, but the tag is not actually applied to each customer profile in the segment, just the segment itself.The reason for doing this is that I want to combine 5 different segments into one list but I want to tag each customer before they are joined so I can keep track of where they are from. What is the best way to do this? Problem with how Klaviyo responds to multiple similar data queries in a flow.

We have a bit of an odd situation with a flow.When customers come into store and enquire about a product/s, we create a follow up flow to send them a message at day 1 and 3 since the Estimate was created. Day 3 contains a discount to encourage the customer to complete their purchase. This discount is only applicable when the total order value is > $600. If its under 600 they exit the flowIn the flow we exclude anyone that has an Estimate under 600 by using the following condition:We have run into a problem when a customer creates 2 estimates on the same day (either a different stores or maybe they forgot something and a second Estimate was created to cover it). One Estimate is over 600 while the other is under 600. A customer received the discount for the estimate that was below 600.It looks like Klaviyo is saying ‘does this customer have any estimate over 600?’, yes, then progress through the flow. Its not using particular values of each estimate, just if ANY estimate against their

Setting the Currency of a custom order update

We have a custom integration where orders are pushed into Klaviyo, we follow the Track request payload for Placed Order. The problem is that the orders are in either CAD or USD on our website (depending on customers location) but the JS update only allows for the value, not a currency parameter. Klaviyo is automatically assuming that all orders are USD which is inflating our revenue reported in Klaviyo. How do we tell klaviyo what currency the order is in?

Using the Timestamp date from a custom in a klaviyo flow to send

Hi, We are manually importing purchases made into store into our Klaviyo account. Each order comes through with the associated timestamp which coincides with the time that the order was placed (its not the exact time but that doesn’t matter):I want to use this timestamp in a klaviyo flow so we can send an email 6months/1 year / 2years after the purchase as part of our re-engagement strategy. When I try to setup a flow with the Flow Trigger Date Property to be the Timestamp of the sales_recipet, there doesn't appear to be a way to add this timestamp as an attribute anywhere in klaviyo. Is there anyway to use this timestamp in a flow? Thanks
