List and Segmentation on sign up forms

Hi Klaviyo Support Team,I have a question regarding sign up forms and segmentation process. I have designed a sign up form that the subscriber sees a question as “Are you a professional athlete or a beginner? I want them to be added to the professional subscribers segmentation when they click on the word “professional” automatically and it should happen the same when they click on the word “beginner”, but I’m quite confued on how to define such filter, should I apply it on the sign up form or I should design a flow for it?Thank you in advance.

Birthday Flow Date property

Hi everyone,I am planning to generate a birthday flow, but I got stuck in the very first step (choosing the trigger), although based on what I found on Klaviyo support I changed the date format to YYYY.MM.DD, the birthday date is still not shown as a custom property to me, so I cannot go forward with the flow.That would be really helpful if you can give me any suggestions on how to fix it.

my welcome flow is not working

Hi Klaviyo, I am currently working a two welcome flows in English and German, the Flows are both live, but when someone subscribes to the list, they just receive the first email in the flow, but not the others. Emails are supposed to be sent after one hour of their previous email. I also made sure that my smart sending is on “1 hour”, but the problem is still there. Thank you for your tips.
