How to show dynamic images of products in Order Confirmation Email

Hi,I’m setting up a custom HTML for an Order Confirmation email flow. Right now I’ve been able to pull all the products in a certain order but I’m having trouble showing the images of said products dynamically, for example I know I can pull specific images like so:{{ event.extra.Items.0|lookup:'$extra'|lookup:'Images'|lookup:'0'|lookup:'URL'|default:'' }} But what if I want to pull those images dynamically within the loop? The code above only pulls the first image in the product array (At least that’s my understanding of it). Can someone take a look and let me know the right code to show images dinamically in the loop?(see below the images repeating in both products)

Price information, "added to cart" event - BigCommerce

Is there any way to retrieve this data if it’s not displayed in the preview/triggering event properties? I have the added to cart snippet installed, but I’ve noticed there is no pricing info sent through. I’d like to add it to a cart recovery email. Thanks!

Does Klaviyo support BIMI?

Have any Klaviyo users successfully implemented BIMI for their brand and the logo image is displaying as expected by participating mailbox providers?I was told by Klaviyo Support that “...the full setup of BIMI (in terms of the setup process via Klaviyo via modifying headers) are not yet supported by Klaviyo...I will happily message our product team to upvote this option as BIMI begins to increase in presence.”So, does BIMI work with Klaviyo emails, or not? In looking into implementing BIMI for our brand, I started a conversation with our Tech Team, sharing the necessary steps with them. After they reviewed the steps, they suggested I confirm with Klaviyo, before we proceed, that the platform supports BIMI in our outgoing emails. Klaviyo published a help article about BIMI, but it does not explicitly state – once BIMI is properly set up per the BIMI Group / Validity step-by-step process – what we then do in our Klaviyo outgoing emails to ensure that our BIMI record is correctly and aut

Default sender email is suddenly showing up wrong - no changes to account

Suddenly today, even with no changes made on our end, the default name we want to appear when we send emails to our customers is showing up as “Hello com” and not our business name. We have checked the settings and nothing was changed and appears correct on our end. But in inboxes, our emails now come from this Hello com address. No solution found when searching. Is this a glitch or issue Klaviyo is fixing? Or did we do something wrong (without touching anything)?

Creating universal content block with custom code

I am researching if Klaviyo can do what I want and am struggling a bit. I have designed content blocks from a designer, by now I can code the simple ones and import them as a template. It works then but I cant save the whole section as a Universal Content Block then. It is a template as a whole. Only stuff I build up in the drag and drop editor can be saved as a UCB.Attached is the design of a product block. The background has a fade and rounded corners, something that is not possible in the drag and drop editor. The marketing team will then be able to upload a transparent product image. However I cant save this as a reusable section.Any thoughts? > In other news I am struggling with the inability to add css classes to sections. If I add css (by hacking a text section) it applies it to all td’s etc which doesnt work. Any ideas on that ? Thanks

Create a campaign with edited template via API

Hello,I am trying to create a campaign via the API but I don’t see how to update the template after it’s being assigned to the campaign.This is what I am doing:Create a campaign using https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_campaign Assign a message template to the campaign using https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_campaign_message_assign_template Here I get a new template ID and a campaign ID Now how can I modify the template assigned to this campaign without modifying the original template?

Klaviyo V1/V2 API Retirement

Hi, hope everyone is doing fine! I went through all the migration resources provided by Klaviyo. The one thing that isn’t still clear to me, that where we can find the code to update in Shopify? For example, I have a  “/track” legacy API now I want to update it with new version, where I can find the code to update this? And how to do it because the migration resources are not much clearer. Active on site takes viewed product

Hey there!I’m having a weird behavior.I’m using the Klaviyo object on my site; when the user gets in the page, just in case, I do a push with “identify”.window?.klaviyo?.push([ "identify", { email, }, ]);Also, when i get into a PDP/Product Detail Page, I do a push to the “Viewed Product” metric.  window?.klaviyo?.push([ "track", "Viewed Product", { propA, propB, propC }, ]);By some reason, sometimes, Active on Site shows the Viewed Product information/payload instead of its usual payload, and that should not happen?Is there any way to avoid that?Am I doing something wrong?Thanks!

Branded sending domain saying "pending"

Hello. I am trying to set up the branded sending domain but can’t even get past the 1st step. It’s saying “pending” at the first step when I go to set up the branded sending domain. I don’t have an option to “add”. This is stressing me out as I don’t know what to do, there are no instructions on how to trouble shoot this. HELP!

I have a series of several hundred customers that purchased over the past 9 months prior to installing Klaviyo reviews product that I’d like to solicit customer reviews.  What’s the best method for doing so?

Verified Reviews using the New Klaviyo Reviews Feature

Hi, We recently integrated into the new Klaviyo review feature and are having some issues. We want to send review requests to a batch of customers (we have a list created in Klaviyo) that were acquired customers before the Klaviyo review integration… so they haven’t been included in the ready for review trigger (my understanding is only customers AFTER the review integration, will be included in the ready to review list). They are all customers via Shopify and have the “placed order event” in their Klaviyo profile. My question is if I send them a campaign or flow via Klaviyo requesting a review and they do leave a review… will the review be verified?From reading the support threads, I know you can manually request a review but I think the review won’t show up as verified even if the customer is in Klaviyo and it’s recorded that they purchased that product in Shopify. Can someone confirm that is true?Can someone help me out here? We have a large list of happy customers, I would love to

GTM 'Viewed Product' Works on Debug Only

Hello!We have a custom integration that we are attempting to plug Klaviyo into. We are using GTM for this. How to re-subscribe to Klaviyo if user has previously unsubscribed?

Back in Stock is not showing in different language

Hi there, I set up basic Back in Stock flow and add script tags to our website which has German language by default.I only modified styles from the script code.The notify button works for the german leagueage version, but when I change to englisch version , the button is not showing.   Regards

Package Delivered Metric

Can anyone shed light on how Klaviyo is tracking ‘Package Delivered’ metric as par tof the paid Review plan. I use AusPost E-parcel in Australia and international delivery. Review quote not showing anything

Hi, i have been trying to add a review quote on my email but no reviews show up.I have removed all filters, my reviews are not recent and i have more than 20.. It just shows “no result found” even when selecting the product specifically or all products.  What could this be ?

Allow Multiple Emails with different ID on Profile

I’m currently trying to Add Multiple Profiles with the Same Email but different ID. I’ve used the external id which is $id. Every time I trigger the profile with the same email. It overwrites and updates the profile and It doesn’t create a new Profile for the one with a different ID?

Dark mode display issue

My email (entirely image blocks) is displaying fine lines between images in dark mode, but a previous email set up exactly the same way does not. I have added a block and background colour (in beige) so no dark colour should be showing, can you help?See screengrab:

What does status mean for a coupon-code in the API?

HiThe docs are quite sparse on what this “status” means in the backend for Klaviyo in relation to a coupon-code. From page updated 6 months ag: https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/use_klaviyos_coupons_api  status The current coupon code status, one of ASSIGNED_TO_PROFILE,DELETING,PROCESSING,UNASSIGNED,VERSION_NOT_ACTIVE  As well as coupon code API ref https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/update_coupon_code statusstringThe API status of our coupon codes. What is the relevance, purpose and implementation behind the scenes for these statuses? What effect will this have on bulk uploaded coupons if I switch one of the coupon-codes to a different status? The ultimate goal is removing unused but assigned coupon codes to profiles.  Cheers.

Double opt-in confirmation email isn't sending for new emails added via API

When adding users to a list with double opt-in enabled, the confirmation emails don’t appear to get sent. This may be because of testing and my IP, but the issue is happening for several other people, so I believe there is another reason.Adding a new user goes:Create/update profile endpoint so we can also add custom fields Then the profile-subscription-bulk-create-jobs endpoint for consent I have now tested with 2 different valid emails and have not received and email and they have not been added to the list. I already checked spam, trash and promotion folders. The mailboxes aren’t full and there aren’t any blocks on the klaviyo domain. Is there a problem with the way we are subscribing emails? Or do we need to add a custom domain?

Remove profiles from the list

Is there anyway we can remove profile from the list based on email? Like this old api https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/v1-2/reference/remove-members The current one only removes the profile from the list based on Profile ID.

Conditional logic issue with Typeform Properties

Hi there, I’m trying to build out an email that sends a list of resources to a user based upon options they have selected in a Typeform survey. The custom properties are being passed to Klaviyo and can be viewed on an individual’s profile, but I cannot get anything to appear. The only thing I can gather is that it is because the values are being passed as an array which is causing the property to be ignored in the conditional logic input. Is there any workaround here? I feel like this should be straightforward, but I must be missing something. The below screenshots show the property and values we have captured and the second screenshot shows the logic which is not working when I preview as this profile. I’ve tried double quotes, reversing it to use “Low FODMAP Recipes” in person|lookup…, I’ve even tried using numbers like you would an array, but nothing seems to work. Thanks in advance for any answers you might have!
