How to re-subscribe to Klaviyo if user has previously unsubscribed?

We’re using the JSON:API method to subscribe/unsubscribe users.We store a “wants_email_updates” flag in our database, and when the user changes this value we either subscribe them, or unsubscribe them.We have a list set up in Klaviyo that is single opt-in.We subscribe them with a payload similar to: $this->request('POST', '/profile-subscription-bulk-create-jobs', [ 'data' => [ 'type' => 'profile-subscription-bulk-create-job', 'attributes' => [ 'profiles' => [ 'data' => [ [ 'type' => 'profile', 'attributes' => [ 'email' => $email, 'subscriptions' => [ 'email' => [ 'marketing' => [ 'consent' => 'SUBSCRIBED', 'consented_at' => now()->toJSON(),

First purchase anniversary flow not working

I’m having an issue with the 1st purchase anniversary flow. I can’t figure out why the “conditional split” puts every customer in “Waiting”… I used Klaviyos template to create the flow.It has been active for over a month and no email has been sent yet. Any ideas of why this might happen?

Allow Multiple Emails with different ID on Profile

I’m currently trying to Add Multiple Profiles with the Same Email but different ID. I’ve used the external id which is $id. Every time I trigger the profile with the same email. It overwrites and updates the profile and It doesn’t create a new Profile for the one with a different ID?

GTM 'Viewed Product' Works on Debug Only

Hello!We have a custom integration that we are attempting to plug Klaviyo into. We are using GTM for this. Forms with built-in conditional split logic

HiHopefully someone has experience of this, and can point me in the right direction. I’m are looking for a form tool with built-in conditional split logic. It needs to be integratable with Klaivyo. I want to create a form, where question 2 depends on the answer to question 1.Anyone who happens to know a form tool where this is possible?

Product Review Import from Shopify Reviews

Hi!I imported a csv that has 22 reviews for a specific product in my shopify store, yet it only shows 6 in Klaviyo and on my website page.  I’ve re-imported the file, but it still only shows the original 6, so I’m not sure how to fix this nor verify if this is happening with other products as well?

Hosted Page

I have a bit of an issue… We have been hosting our Klaviyo Embeded Webforms on our website.  We have a shopify site.  It looks like this www.pirani.life/pages/tortuga - It works but we want these subscribers to be added to a list that is different than the Shopify/Klaviyo integration.  I know I can signup for a webhosting like Godaddy (or anything like this) and just embed the widgets there, but since we don’t use them all year, it seemed like a waste.  We only use them 4-5 times per year for 2-3 days at a time.  I thought I could use the Hosted Page.  If this is not the best method, can someone help me. The issue is we don’t want them on the “Direct to Consumer” list which is the Shopify Integration ad we don’t want to turn of the Shopify Integration for the 2-3 days because that would mean we are losing customers from our website. Any thoughts would be AMAZING

What is the best way to do the following? (Flows and conditional splits)

Hello everyone, I’m having trouble to establish a new flow on my account and i’m probably doing it wrong. What I want to do is the following: When a customer exceeds the $500 revenue, I want a flow to automatically move them to the VIP list. Once this is done I need to create a conditional split based on location. If they are from Quebec, I need to send the email in french, if not (within Canada), then the email should be in english.Furthermore, if they are women I want to send a code for product A, if they are men, I want to send a code for product B. This is very important, i just want to send an offer for a specific product, not the whole store.how is this done? can i do it in just one flow or do i need to move them manually to a VIP list and then create a flow? thanks!

OS not supporting a typeface

we were not able to solve one issue: being able to display our custom fonts due to an OS not supporting a typeface. Is there a way to use custom code to embed typefaces/ our host typefaces on a server and override the fallback font necessity on an OS? or any possible solution through code to help us rectify this issue?

trackViewedItem does not populate a product feed

I’m trying to integrate Klaviyo with a custom built website. For Viewed Product, I’m trying to follow this guide https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/guide_to_integrating_a_platform_without_a_pre_built_klaviyo_integration and also included trackViewedItem as the guide stated “Calling the Klaviyo object's trackViewedItem function below will populate a product feed of recently viewed products that can be included in emails.” However, even though viewed product event worked and also sync recently viewed products into user profile, there was no product feed creation for me to use in email template. How do I clear all Flow Filters so it displays every flow?

When wanting to view the flows I have built out, I am forced to selected a filter to display the list of flows. “1 filter selected” is shown and I am unable to clear this. How do I clear the filter so it displays every flow, no matter the type?

What does status mean for a coupon-code in the API?

What effect will this have on bulk uploaded coupons if I switch one of the coupon-codes to a different status? The ultimate goal is removing unused but assigned coupon codes to profiles.  Cheers.

Klaviyo embed forms are being injected twice

The forms are being added twice within the div with the klaviyo id. We have confirmed that the klaviyo js script only loads once on the site and that the div with the klaviyo form id does not get duplicated. The beheviour we are seeing is that the form body gets injected into the div embedded twice. It happens for every form on the site.

Shopify product description shows with HTML tags

Hi guys, I am setting up a back in stock flow and was wondering how I could add the product description. I am using the following code, which pulls the description dynamically from the catalogue.{% catalog event.VariantId integration='shopify' %}{{ catalog_item.description }}{% endcatalog %}However, the description includes HTML tags (see Screenshot). How to show dynamic images of products in Order Confirmation Email

Hi,I’m setting up a custom HTML for an Order Confirmation email flow. Right now I’ve been able to pull all the products in a certain order but I’m having trouble showing the images of said products dynamically, for example I know I can pull specific images like so:{{ event.extra.Items.0|lookup:'$extra'|lookup:'Images'|lookup:'0'|lookup:'URL'|default:'' }} But what if I want to pull those images dynamically within the loop? The code above only pulls the first image in the product array (At least that’s my understanding of it). Can someone take a look and let me know the right code to show images dinamically in the loop?(see below the images repeating in both products)

Verified Reviews using the New Klaviyo Reviews Feature

Hi, We recently integrated into the new Klaviyo review feature and are having some issues. We want to send review requests to a batch of customers (we have a list created in Klaviyo) that were acquired customers before the Klaviyo review integration… so they haven’t been included in the ready for review trigger (my understanding is only customers AFTER the review integration, will be included in the ready to review list). They are all customers via Shopify and have the “placed order event” in their Klaviyo profile. My question is if I send them a campaign or flow via Klaviyo requesting a review and they do leave a review… will the review be verified?From reading the support threads, I know you can manually request a review but I think the review won’t show up as verified even if the customer is in Klaviyo and it’s recorded that they purchased that product in Shopify. Can someone confirm that is true?Can someone help me out here? We have a large list of happy customers, I would love to

Segment Triggered Flow

I want to send a custom email flow to existing subscribers up until this date. I’ve created a segment of emails called “Joined Before Launch”. How can I make sure all the emails in that segment automatically enter the flow once I activate the flow? Currently, I think the way this is set up is that they will only enter the flow once they enter the segment, whereas I want to send this flow to everyone already in the segment.

metric-aggregates returns zero opened for all of 2023?

I’m trying to fetch the different metrics on klaviyo. I get 0 for Recieved, Opened ...etc I do get numbers for unsbscribed. I tried count, sum_value, and unique. none of which returned anything but zeros for all of 2023. obviously emails were sent and opened and recieved throughout the year…what might I be doing wrong?
