Product Review Import from Shopify Reviews

Hi!I imported a csv that has 22 reviews for a specific product in my shopify store, yet it only shows 6 in Klaviyo and on my website page.  I’ve re-imported the file, but it still only shows the original 6, so I’m not sure how to fix this nor verify if this is happening with other products as well?

Adding review link into an existing flow

Hello!I've already given up on reviewing multiple products in one email, I would settle for reviewing just the first product. However, it simply refuses to work. When I preview it, it looks fine. Even when I send it as a test, it navigates there and looks good. However, when I do a test purchase and the email comes that way, the product image isn't there, and no matter how much I click on the stars, it doesn't navigate to the review page. Why? What am I doing wrong?

Klaviyo API to see profiles which were removed from Klaviyo List/Segment?

Using Klaviyo API, can I get the information on which profiles were removed from a Klaviyo List/Segment on a given day? Klaviyo’s “Get List Profiles” API allows to get profiles which were added to a list on or after a given date. Similarly, is there a way to get the profiles which were removed from the list/segment? Use-case:Get list-id/segment-id that each profile is a part of, and keep this data upto date everyday. I came across 2 different approaches for this:In every run, Get profiles in each list/segment In every run, Get details of each profile individually.Both of these will take up alot of time. Is there a better way to solve this?

My Sent From Isn't Working Properly

When I send an email it sometimes shows my company name as sent from (which is what I want) and sometimes it shows the beginning of the email address it’s sent from. On a computer and ipad it works properly, but on an iphone it doesn’t. It has drastically affected my open rate. Any idea what’s going on? We need help!

toastNotification.errorMessages.fcm_unspecified_error when sending an Android notification

Hey, I get a following error: `toastNotification.errorMessages.fcm_unspecified_error` when trying to send an Android notification through Klaviyo dashboard. I’m using react-native (0.73.6) and klaviyo-react-native-sdk (0.3.1). I’ve integrated also @react-native-firebase/app (19.1.1) and @react-native-firebase/messaging (19.1.1). I can send iOS notifications both from Firebase Console and Klaviyo Console (using APNS tokens). When it comes to Android I can only send notifications from Firebase Console. Trying to send them through Klaviyo I get an error above. Android notifications are enabled in Klaviyo. The error message does not help. It looks like a FCM unspecified error:However, it’d be weird, cause I can send notifications from Firebase using the same FCM token. Any idea what can be the reason?

Klaviyo to WooCommerce Integration error in

Hi,I’m looking for some help if possible.Just wondering if it is possible to integrate WooCommerce to Klaviyo in a local environment? When attempting to do so i receive the error “We encountered an error while attempting to establish an integration between WooCommerce and Klaviyo. Segment List Missing Contacts

Hi there,I have a segment filtered for all customers who have ordered at least once from my Shopify store. I sent this segment an email a few weeks ago. Now that I want to send another email, I only see a few customers. It looks like the segment is only showing customers that have ordered from my store since the last email was sent. I can’t figure out how to get all the customers who have ordered back into the segment.Any ideas?

Woocommerce checkbox issue on mobile

Hello,I have an issue with my Klaviyo checkbox on the checkout page. On mobile, the text is under the checkbox. On desktop, it’s better but the text is a little bit above the checkbox.I would just like to get the text aligned with the checkbox. Anyone has a solution?Thank you

How to send reviews to older purchasers?

Hi,I’ve been using Klaviyo for my emails since December, now I would like to try Reviews, but the default setting allows me to send review requests only to people who have purchased in the last 30 days, and I can’t seem to find an option where we can send review requests to all our customers that have bought our products since December?The only option I see is to change when the follow-up is sent.

Product Review does not show in All Reviews section

A customer submitted a review and I got an email. I can see the review from the link in the email, I can also see the review linked in the product in Klaviyo but I can not see it in Kalvioyo in the Reviews - All Reviews and ofcourse it does not show along other reviews.

Matching customers by phone number as email changes

We have a custom API with klaviyo to our site. We have orders that come in through different sales channels and each sales channel sends an encrypted email address @saleschannel.com. However, we do collect the customer’s correct first name, last name, and phone number. But when that same customer comes back and buys direct with their real email address, it creates a new profile. Is there any way I can use a webhook to match phone numbers to update these profiles with the actual email address so we can see their whole sales history, with all channels included?

To avoid functionality disruptions, disable the following plugins: WP Rocket.

I have install and setup of wp rocket but klaviyo disconnected and now saying to disable WP Rocket to use Klaviyo. Is klaviyo not ok with wp rocket? Can we not use it? Here is the link: https://ibb.co/LNLVxKQ

Hi All, the company I've just started at imported contacts without adding in the previously accepted marketing consent. Can I add this in retrospectively? and if so, what timestamp should I add in? The first consent from the previous ESP? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Magento 2.4.6 integration issue

Hi. We use native klaviyo for magento 2 integration. Version 4.1.3If you create an Order confirmation flow and ordered product has magento custom options (this is magento native feature) these options instead of appear in order template as text(names) appear as ID numbers in klaviyo event. Anybody can help us on this please?Because if this is not fixed then order confirmation flow is uselessThanks

Embedded form submission DOES NOT equal people in segment?

Could use some help here…We are running a giveaway on our Shopify site. I am using a Klaviyo embedded form to capture emails addresses. Those who sign up are being placed on a list. No problems… until now.In Klaviyo, my form is saying it’s been submitted 3,300 times. BUT… my list (that is only fed from this form) has 8,000 names on it. Any ideas why I’m seeing about 1/3 the number of form submissions than I’m seeing on the list? I do have single opt-in on for this one, so I may need to revert to double opt-in if someone has figured out a way to make the list grow so quickly.Thanks for any advice!

How do I clear all Flow Filters so it displays every flow?

When wanting to view the flows I have built out, I am forced to selected a filter to display the list of flows. “1 filter selected” is shown and I am unable to clear this. How do I clear the filter so it displays every flow, no matter the type?

Stripe subscriptions to create dynamic segment

Hi there,We have created a form in Jotform that is integrated with our Stripe. The payments are pulling through to Klaviyo as ‘issued invoice’, ‘successfully paid’ and the customer is a paying subscriber.How do we tag this customer as a subscriber that can move in and out of our active customer segment?We are using Zapier to send events between Jotform/Klaviyo and can also use for Stripe but I can’t seem to find the answer online.Thanks
