Hello, I am trying to subscribe users to a Klaviyo list by sending data to the API via webhook. I think the issue is in the payload, but I’m not sure exactly what it should look like. I’m fairly confident I have the endpoint right, and I have set this up with other email marketing platforms so I know the source of the webhook works. I’m hoping someone can show me an example or a template of what my payload should look like - it just needs to send first name and email address to the list.
Has anyone successfully setup the sending domain using cPanel? Klaviyo asks for the CNAME and TXT records, but cPanel does not allow mixing of CNAME with TXT records. This would be pretty sad that someone who has a dedicated server could not use cPanel to setup the Dedicated server.
Hi again Klaviyo community, quick question, I want to import the reviews I have on my webshop, the reviews don’t have a separate page they are manually added on the homepage in small stylized boxes, no plugin or additional software for people to add reviews. Is there a way for me to import the boxes into an email template? (I thought of just screenshotting them and adding them into an image block but it doesn’t look good that way)Screenshot of reviews:Thanks in advance!
Hello,I'm trying to add a new profile to an existing “Newsletter" list using the code from the example in the Api Reference The Double opt-in option for this list is enabled and the request from example returns an empty array as expectedHowever, I am not receiving a subscription confirmation email. I tried different email addresses registered in different email servicesI also tried to subscribe a new email address using Signup Form with the following confirmation button settings:In this case, the form switched to the success step, but I also did not receive a confirmation emailAt the same time, I tried to execute /subscribe request with the Single opt-in option selected. In this case, the request completed successfully, returned the newly added profile, and I saw it in the list of members of the corresponding list
Hi there, I’d like to create a flow (if not multiple) to reward our customers who have a subscription with us. We use reCharge to manage our subscriptions. For example, if they have ordered twice (without a subscription) then started a subscription, then had x3 orders whilst on that subscription, we would like to reward them for their third subscription order with us.Thanks.
Hey yall, We have several stores in the UK, AU, and other EU. Our store in the US is doing $150k from post purchase flow. But we think this number is flawed. Can someone help us out as to why we might be having such high figures when we clearly are not? Thanks.
