Embedded form submission DOES NOT equal people in segment?

Could use some help here…We are running a giveaway on our Shopify site. I am using a Klaviyo embedded form to capture emails addresses. Those who sign up are being placed on a list. No problems… until now.In Klaviyo, my form is saying it’s been submitted 3,300 times. BUT… my list (that is only fed from this form) has 8,000 names on it. Any ideas why I’m seeing about 1/3 the number of form submissions than I’m seeing on the list? I do have single opt-in on for this one, so I may need to revert to double opt-in if someone has figured out a way to make the list grow so quickly.Thanks for any advice!

Klaviyo to WooCommerce Integration error in

Hi,I’m looking for some help if possible.Just wondering if it is possible to integrate WooCommerce to Klaviyo in a local environment? When attempting to do so i receive the error “We encountered an error while attempting to establish an integration between WooCommerce and Klaviyo. Details: Unable to access to provided url. 403 authorization error.I’ve tried the trouble shooting in the Help Center to no avail.Appreciate any help and thank you in advance.Cheers

Facebook leads tracking

Hey,I have set up a mid-funnel lead generation campaign on Meta to get sign ups to the newsletter. How do I see who has signed up for this via the meta campaign?The segment I created does not seem to be showing. My concern is people are signing up, but not being sent the welcome code all new sign ups get on the newsletter.Thanks,George

Hello,how can i createautomation or make autiomation based on (specification similarity)? For example if customer is checking notebooks with Core I7 cpu, to activate flow with most selling/view or other ciretia  but same (Core I7 cpu notebooks) ?The platform is custom.

Dark mode display issue

My email (entirely image blocks) is displaying fine lines between images in dark mode, but a previous email set up exactly the same way does not. I have added a block and background colour (in beige) so no dark colour should be showing, can you help?See screengrab:

'Add to Cart' Trigger - button has both ID and class?

I’ve gone through the tutorial, tried the original and both snippers 2 and 3 using the button ID and Class but neither are tracking Add to Carts. My button has both ID and Class. When I click the button Chrome highlights the Class code so I assumed it was that at first.Do I need to have Snipper 1+snipper 2 or 3? Which should I use? I’ve tried all combinations.Thanks!

Reviews aren't showing as Verified

We’ve used the flow to request product reviews from customers after they purchased but they are not showing up as verified purchases when the review is published in Shopify or in the CSV. Does anyone know what I can do to check for user error on my part, and hopefully resolve the issue for future ratings and reviews? Thank you!

Issue Contacting Customer Service

I was told by a customer service agent that I should contact her to follow up on an issue about a billing error AFTER I proceeded in downgrading to a free account. She advised me to downgrade first. So I didn’t receive my credit, but now I’m UNABLE to email with the free account!! Any workaround you can suggest?

Package Delivered Metric

Can anyone shed light on how Klaviyo is tracking ‘Package Delivered’ metric as par tof the paid Review plan. I use AusPost E-parcel in Australia and international delivery. How to add JudgeMe's review widget path to a dynamic URL

Hello, everyone.I believe my issue is simple to solve, but I don’t know how to do it yet.I’m creating a Review Collection flow for a Shopify store, and they use JudgeMe to collect reviews.For this flow, I used the “Fulfilled Order” trigger (not sure if it’s the ideal one), but I don’t know:1) What’s the trigger’s code that outputs the dynamic URL of the product the person ordered - Is it just the {{ event.URL }} code for that trigger?2) How to add “#judgeme” to the end of that dynamic URL - For it to open the product page already at the review widget, automaticallyCould someone help me?Thanks!

How to send reviews to older purchasers?

Hi,I’ve been using Klaviyo for my emails since December, now I would like to try Reviews, but the default setting allows me to send review requests only to people who have purchased in the last 30 days, and I can’t seem to find an option where we can send review requests to all our customers that have bought our products since December?The only option I see is to change when the follow-up is sent.

Klaviyo API integration with Squarespace

Hi there,I am struggling to integrate snippet to track page views, content views, and cart additions. Currently my only API. Also, when setting up integration for the product feed into klaviyo, I had to use my google merchant, however, I was wondering if anyone know how could use directly squarespace, I was struggling in having my XML or JSON fee I believer. Klaviyo Profile Identifier Not Reliable from klaviyo.com/profile/... URL

 I need help understanding when a Klaviyo profile object is created / visible via the API. Many times, I find a customer through the "search profiles" view, and when I copy the ID through the URL and make an API call to a.klaviyo.com/profiles/{{ id }}, it says no profile found. Similarly, many times, in campaigns/flows, the {{ profile.id }} parameter substitutes to None. Has anyone else noticed this weird behavior? I would love to hear from a Klaviyo developer advocate. When is the profile object created for a customer? When is the profile object invisible?

Does Klaviyo support BIMI?

Have any Klaviyo users successfully implemented BIMI for their brand and the logo image is displaying as expected by participating mailbox providers?I was told by Klaviyo Support that “...the full setup of BIMI (in terms of the setup process via Klaviyo via modifying headers) are not yet supported by Klaviyo...I will happily message our product team to upvote this option as BIMI begins to increase in presence.”So, does BIMI work with Klaviyo emails, or not? In looking into implementing BIMI for our brand, I started a conversation with our Tech Team, sharing the necessary steps with them. After they reviewed the steps, they suggested I confirm with Klaviyo, before we proceed, that the platform supports BIMI in our outgoing emails. Klaviyo published a help article about BIMI, but it does not explicitly state – once BIMI is properly set up per the BIMI Group / Validity step-by-step process – what we then do in our Klaviyo outgoing emails to ensure that our BIMI record is correctly and aut

Abandoned Cart Flow - Link leading to wrong language version of the website

Hi,I have a question regarding abandoned cart flow.We have a Shopify e-commerce store and are using the flow in Klaviyo with the {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} function that leads customers to their abandoned carts. Our store default language is Norwegian, but we also have the English version of the website active (but only 1 market active - Norway). When customers click on the abandoned cart button to take them back to the website, they are automatically taken to the English version of checkout and not to the default Norwegian one.Any idea why this might be happening and how we could fix this?Thanks!Milan

Stripe subscriptions to create dynamic segment

Hi there,We have created a form in Jotform that is integrated with our Stripe. The payments are pulling through to Klaviyo as ‘issued invoice’, ‘successfully paid’ and the customer is a paying subscriber.How do we tag this customer as a subscriber that can move in and out of our active customer segment?We are using Zapier to send events between Jotform/Klaviyo and can also use for Stripe but I can’t seem to find the answer online.Thanks

Shopify Add to cart snippet stopped working/sending info

On 4/2 I installed the Klaviyo code snippet onto my Shopify store (Dawn theme). Snippet 2 accroding to their install guide is the one that worked for me. I tested and it seemed to work fine. But Shopify hasn’t sent any add to cart info to Klaviyo since my original test. I’m hoping someone knows why.I am using a bundle app called Fast Bundle and it was installed when I originally set up and tested the snippet.I have also unistalled and reinstalled the Shopify integration through Klaviyo to no avail. Can someone help me get this working?

How to track performance of Unique Coupon Codes

I have set up a Unique Coupon code for my Customer Winback Flow but I can't seem to find a way to report on how many times the general discount code has been redeemed, how much revenue it has generated etc. I’ve tried to look at reports via Klaviyo and Shopify, but can't find any reports that I can filter by the  Unique Discount Names. I’ve seen that there's a way to search the discount name in Shopify Discounts, but it doesn't provide a comprehensive report and allow to filter by a specific time period.

Opt In Form Submit Button Not Working

We have an opt in form on our website for customers to join our Discount Club, however the submit button is not showing on mobile even though it is on desktop. As a large amount of customers use mobile they are having trouble joining. It used to come up and work fine but we are unaware as to when it stopped appearing. Can anyone throw any light onto this please?

Help with scenario that is not working as expected

I have a form on my website allowing users to share their email address to be emailed a free guide.To do this I am using make.com and I have set up a webhook in the form allowing the email address to be passed into the scenario. I can confirm that part is working fine.The problem I am facing is that if a users email address (mine for example) already exists it can’t create a new profile, which I understand. To combat this, I added a ‘List profiles’ step to pull all users, then a router so that if the email address already exists, add them to the list so that they get the email from a flow in Klaviyo, or alternatively create them a profile. I can’t seem to get the filter “if already exists’ correct.Has anyone had a situation like this before? I feel this is a really straight forward task that is proving a nightmare. It’s worth noting, if there is any easier way to do this, please do share as I would rather do this right than make my method work if it isn’t best practice. Any help would
