Dynamic Codes in Campaigns

Hi, do dynamic codes work in email campaigns, like they work in flows? Or campaigns can only work with static codes?

Help with scenario that is not working as expected

I have a form on my website allowing users to share their email address to be emailed a free guide.To do this I am using make.com and I have set up a webhook in the form allowing the email address to be passed into the scenario. I can confirm that part is working fine.The problem I am facing is that if a users email address (mine for example) already exists it can’t create a new profile, which I understand. To combat this, I added a ‘List profiles’ step to pull all users, then a router so that if the email address already exists, add them to the list so that they get the email from a flow in Klaviyo, or alternatively create them a profile. I can’t seem to get the filter “if already exists’ correct.Has anyone had a situation like this before? I feel this is a really straight forward task that is proving a nightmare. It’s worth noting, if there is any easier way to do this, please do share as I would rather do this right than make my method work if it isn’t best practice. Any help would

End Recipient Data Acknowledgement Form - Shopify Ap

'Add to Cart' Trigger - button has both ID and class?

I’ve gone through the tutorial, tried the original and both snippers 2 and 3 using the button ID and Class but neither are tracking Add to Carts. My button has both ID and Class. When I click the button Chrome highlights the Class code so I assumed it was that at first.Do I need to have Snipper 1+snipper 2 or 3? Which should I use? I’ve tried all combinations.Thanks!

OS not supporting a typeface

we were not able to solve one issue: being able to display our custom fonts due to an OS not supporting a typeface. Is there a way to use custom code to embed typefaces/ our host typefaces on a server and override the fallback font necessity on an OS? or any possible solution through code to help us rectify this issue?

Shopify Add to cart snippet stopped working/sending info

On 4/2 I installed the Klaviyo code snippet onto my Shopify store (Dawn theme). Snippet 2 accroding to their install guide is the one that worked for me. I tested and it seemed to work fine. But Shopify hasn’t sent any add to cart info to Klaviyo since my original test. I’m hoping someone knows why.I am using a bundle app called Fast Bundle and it was installed when I originally set up and tested the snippet.I have also unistalled and reinstalled the Shopify integration through Klaviyo to no avail. Can someone help me get this working?

Should an email campgain be resent to the entire list?

A division of my company would like to resend an email to the entire list that received it two weeks ago. Is there any potential fallout from this, as far as inbox providers and spam? Would it help to tweak the title and messaging, even if the bulk of the email itself remains the same?

How to implement subscriber preferences into overall email strategy?

I want to allow my customers to update their email preferences to suit their needs as my clients brand is a seasonal product. When the customers update their preferences, how then do I adjust my sending so that it suits their preferences?I’d like to know how this works with respect to both flows and campaigns please. Multiple Unbounce landing pages and linking to separate Klaviyo lists

Hello,I am trying to figure out a work-around for Unbounce and Klaviyo. I currently have them integrated using the webhook but any additional Unbounce landing pages I create all go to the same Klaviyo List. I would like them to be separated somehow. Any ideas on how to do this?Thanks!!

Style the button border radius in the BIS modal window

We are using the new Klaviyo Back In Stock feature and I wanted to know if there was any way to add a border-radius to the submit button in the modal window? Is It Possible If I Enter A Contact List Manually Through Our Sign Up Form

Hi guys,Like the title. It's like cold mailing, but instead of reaching out to them directly, I will enter their e-mail address into our Klaviyo system through our sign-up form first 🤡. Have you guys ever thought of this? I know this will definitely violate those EIP regulations, but IDK how extreme it will get to do that, anyone could guide me 😸. Hi,Getting “Method Not Allowed” when using the pagination link, ex:https://a.klaviyo.com/api/metric-aggregates/?page[cursor]=BASE64_HEREUsing GET method on it and everything else is working.. only when viewing next page…What could be the reason?Thank you

My newsletter appears different on what I designed

My newsletter looks different from the design I created on mobile. Additionally, when I viewed it on my iPhone, it appeared different than it did on my Samsung. On my Samsung, I clicked on the "quoted text," and it opened the actual newsletter. Is there anything I can change in my settings to avoid these issues?

Setting Up Email Flows for "Added to Cart" That Load All Items

Hello everyone,I'm reaching out to the community to understand a recent issue we've encountered with our "Added to Cart" email flows in Klaviyo using Shopify. In the past, our flows were set up similarly to "Started Checkout" flows where each email would iterate over every item added to the cart, creating a detailed table of all products the customer showed interest in.However, we've hit a snag. Currently, when the "Added to Cart" event triggers an email, it only pulls one item, despite multiple items being added to the cart. This is in contrast to the "Started Checkout" trigger, where the iteration works flawlessly, listing all items in the checkout table.We've contacted Klaviyo support, and they're now indicating that the "Added to Cart" trigger will only ever show one item. This is puzzling because we have a history of "Added to Cart" flows that did exactly what we're trying to achieve now. How could we have multiple flows set up in the past that worked this way if it was never supp

Integrating subscription portal signups with Klaviyo lists

Hi. We are set up a  subscription portal that offers various digital products. Meaning people signup to the portal and once signed up, they choose wether they make a purchase.This is custom developed CMS and also Klaviyo integration is custom made. Now the registration form is also custom made and it captures following data:Name and surnameDate of birthemailpassword.Also - users toggle a button to select if they would like to recieve NL communication. My question is how can we make sure that registered emails get passed into the Klaviyo list and also how can we make sure that only the ones that consent to email NL communication get passed to the particular list.I would appreciate any concrete answers or at least links to additional documentation where I can read more on the general set up and approach. I am not a developer, but would like to know how this can be done conceptually, so I can pass this info to the dev team. Have a great day!

Hide the variant "default title" for back in stock flow email

Hi there ! I am working on a back in stock flow and I a facing an issue with the email… I wanted the variant to show in the email (The Vase Blue is back in stock) so I had the variant snippet from the tutorial but, if the product has no variant, the “Default title” after the rpoduct name is showing. Would it be possible to add code with a condition so that the variant snippet shows only when the product has a variant and is hidden when it has no variant ?

My imported reviews have disappeared

Hi all,We’re very new to Klaviyo and are still getting set up. We previously used the Judge.Me app so I imported all our reviews from Judge.me to Klaviyo and all was well. Until yesterday. For some reason all our imported reviews seem to have disappeared. Should I just re-import?Wondering if anyone had had a similar issue.Regards,Rob J

Product Reviews (Review Summary and Media) - Photos not appearing in shopify product review summary

Good day technical team,I hope this post find you well.I recently encountered an issue with the product page, and particularly with the Review Summary!I am currently using Shopify (pipeline theme), and it seems that the photos from the posted reviews are no longer appearing in the summary section of the product review app. as shown in the screenshot provided down below. I have tried the solutions in following order:Turn off Klaviyo from shopify (Apps embedded section). Verified if the reviews with images are published. I can confirm they are published. Switching off and on the image option from the review summary and media section adding a new block from the template section from Shopify, and adding the product review app.However, there has not been any changes to resolve this issue. I believe the issue appeared after I made changes to the Flow settings for review requests, however, I am uncertain if the changes I made on the Flow settings for review requests has caused the issue. Kind

elevated 403 forbidden errors in the API

Hello,we are seeing in the last couple of hours sporadic errors coming from klaviyo get events API, mostly returning 403 status codes. it’s sometimes works, and sometimes returns 403 error... we couldn’t find anything in the status page but wanted to check if there’s anything we can do about it ?for what it’s worth we’re using the python sdk version 2.0.0any help would be appreciated

Klaviyo API - Filtering Profiles by Phone Number Not Working

Hello,I am trying to use the Klaviyo API in order to access a customer profile by using this endpoint https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/get_profiles I want to filter out all the profiles by phone_number to get a specific profile.Right now, when I filter out by the email, I can find the profile with the associated phone number. However, when I take that same phone number and filter with that number, no records are found. I have tried this with 2 different profiles.This is the endpoint: https://a.klaviyo.com/api/profiles/?filter=equals(phone_number,"+19876543210")I am using a mock phone number, but the real one is taken from the same profile I find when I call https://a.klaviyo.com/api/profiles/?filter=equals(email,"customer@email.com")The customer has 'Accepts SMS': TruePlease help?

Creation of profile with email id failing
