Very confused by Klaviyo billing. We have a database of 15k and send out text frequently.August we used 900,000 credits. I understand 1-credit for sms, 3-credits for MMS.I am paying $8,175 per month plus additional charges ranging from $180-$850 every time we text.No-one at Klaviyo is willing or able to clarify charges for me.Customer support is terrible. First you get a chat bot, then someone who cant answer your question, so the you send an e-mail only to be directed to online information that does not explain your billing.Spending well over 100k a year with Klaviyo and I can even get a direct answer to billing questions.

What the hell is going on? I can’t set either my flow or any of the emails in the flow to Live -the option is greyed out. This is my clients site and they are on the free plan, so what am I supposed to do?Nobody will support anything, and I have been able to find anyone facing similar issues. There are alerts in the account about being over the contacts limit, but my understanding is that doesn’t matter it’s only if you go over the email limit that things will stop sending. So what’s going on? How am I supposed to troubleshoot someone else’s broken platform if I can’t get any live support? Yet another tech company with a broken piece of garbage product that they refuse to support and push everything off on to the community where we have to wait weeks for everyone to ignore support requests.

Hi I’m not seeing any code provided after I make my pop up form to be able to embed on Wordpress. Any ideas? Thanks!

I am building a Sign-up Form and I'm trying to add a Radio Button question to collect customer preferences. The Goal: I want the answer to be saved as a new Custom Property on the profile. The Problem: In the form editor, under "Profile Property", I am struggling to create a new property. When I type a new name, it doesn't seem to register or create the property key. I am also confused about the "Value" field vs the "Label". Currently, when I test the form, the data is not appearing under the "Custom Properties" section of the profile.Question: How do I correctly set up a Radio Button block so that it automatically creates a new Custom Property with the specific Value I entered?Screenshots attached of my current settings.Thanks.

i phase this issue, when i try to submit the form (klick the subscribe button) there’s a loading and stuck there. can anyone help me with this?

I’ve recently updated my website to the new Shopify Horizon theme, and after the switch the Featured Review Carousel section is not displaying correctly on mobile. See screenshot. It shows as a much wider image, which in turn widens the website making it difficult to scroll on the home page.

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I use Shopify for my website and for the last few weeks I’ve had an increasing amount of credit‑card testing bots hitting my checkout.Shopify support say they’ve done everything they can on their side to block the bot traffic (and the attempts no longer appear in my Abandoned Checkouts), but the issue I’m having is that the bots are still triggering Klaviyo to create new profiles. These aren’t sign‑ups — just “active profiles” created when the checkout page loads. The bots don’t visit any other page on my site. This is pushing my active profile count up, and I’m having to manually suppress these profiles daily using an implicit‑profile segment. Is there any way to prevent these profiles being created in the first place, or to filter this kind of checkout‑only bot traffic before it counts as an active profile? Thanks for any help or insight.

I have recently implemented klaviyo in my shopify theme and have noticed that it has had a very negative impact on my stores performance. I would like to know why the Klaviyo app would do this and if it will be addressed? There is little to no support available so I have to make a post here…Please see below, my store with and without the Klaviyo JS embed enabled. Note that I have two Klaviyo widgets enabled...With Klaviyo embed enabledWithout Klaviyo embed enabled

Hi there, Klaviyo Community <3 My question of the day is: Do Pre-order flows make sense or should one choose to send the sequence of e-mails manually via Pre-order list? The thing is, We have a lots of product and almost always 3+ variants of each one. I would love to create a post-purchase flow, that gradually tells customers, where their order is. But the delivery status changes for each product and I have a feeling that I would have to create a flow for every one of them. Could you help me choose whichever fits best for our shop? How would you approach this quest for pre-order notifications? Thanks so much in advance!

Hi,Can anyone at Klaviyo arrange for me to get a product demo. I’ve filled in the form and so far not had a reply.ThanksAndy

How do I disable Customer Hub? It is a bit intrusive on my Shopify store and is injecting some metrics and fields in my orders that I don’t like.

I’m receiving a 500 `A server error occurred` when trying to create a simple flow with an A/B test on an email. Here’s the response { "errors": [ { "id": "2e63cd65-34e9-4885-8301-7865b80b9990", "status": 500, "code": "error", "title": "A server error occurred.", "detail": "A server error occurred.", "source": { "pointer": "/data/" } } ]} I obtained my input by creating a flow using the UI editor (to ensure the metrics and templates exist).I used this as starting point to form the data as per the https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/create_flow API spec.It should be noted that whilst some of the properties (e.g. cc_email) say they must be a string, the definition of the existing flow has this property as null. Here’s full API request to the create flows API. { "data": { "type": "flow", "attributes": { "name": "My test flow", "definition": { "triggers": [ { "type": "metric", "id"

I have added the back in stock code snippet to my themes.liquid page above the body as described in the instructions. The notify me button appears on out of stock items but when I test this feature and click the button the notify me is only showing for the size small and I want the notification for the 2XL. How do I fix this? The back in stock flow has been setup and is live using the the back in stock standard template with the klaviyo triggered automatically populates. My API has been replaced in the example and the list ID as well for allow the customer to opt-in to my newsletter (this is also working). Using the dawn theme. Website: https://thesmartwanderer.comProduct example: Oatmeal Patch Pocket Ribbed Knit Short Sleeve SweaterSummary: I have one product with more than one size out of stock. The Klaviyo back in stock feature pop has an error only allowing notification for the first out of stock item.<script src="https://a.klaviyo.com/media/js/onsite/onsite.js"></script&g

We recently switched to the Customer Hub and started looking into the Favorites functionality.Previously, we used the Swish Wishlist app with a sync to Klaviyo, so I still have wishlist items (product IDs) saved in custom data.I tried importing those IDs into the customer_hub_favorites field, but they don’t show up on the users’ Favorites list.I’m not even sure if this kind of migration is possible — has anyone tried something similar or knows if it can be done?

we don’t have multiple accounts with Klaviyo .. however receiving this message.“There is a maximum of one sending subdomain per domain level. For more help, please contact Klaviyo support.” when we click Activate. Why would we be receiving this message when we don’t have multiple, and records have been verified..?

I use hybrid templates as a part of my workflow of uploading emails to klaviyo.I would love to be able to add a universal section to these emails, however this isn’t currently allowed. Universal blocks can be added, however, universal sections do not appear. Also, styles can not be changed in the Klaviyo drag-and-drop builder for Hybrid templates. Can these two features be added to Hybrid templates? 1. Add Universal Sections to Hybrid templates.2. Allow template styling with Hybrid templates.

I have an existing form and want to send to a new email and SMS list but I can’t find where to do that. The ai bot’s answer was wrong. Did Klaviyo remove the ability to do that? I don’t want to start over, but if I have to, is there a way to turn my form into a template so I don’t have to start completely from scratch? On another note, I think this form here is broken. There are no subjects where it says “choose your subject.” Those are sub forum names it looks like. I had to choose something, but it’s wrong. On still another note, someone needs to train the bot better. It was great a year ago. Really sad to see it go so far downhill. I see this in other apps as well.

Hello! I’m looking for help on how to keep customers from filling out my popup multiple times. Right now we have a dynamic code showing in the popup (which we’d like to keep if possible) so customers can get unlimited discount codes if they clear their cookies or visit the site from a different device.I have the form set to not show to current Klaviyo profiles, and to not show after form is submitted. I’m curious if there’s a way to show an error message if the customer already has a profile. I’ve seen this on other Shopify stores and it’s exactly what I’m looking for. Appreciate any information!

I added a branded sending domain and successfully updated the DNS records. Klaviyo sent me a notification stating that the domain was verified and available for activation. However, when I clicked the "Activate your domain" link, the page simply refreshed and nothing happened. Even after waiting for several hours, the domain still didn't appear under "Settings" → "Domains." When I tried to add the same domain again, I received an error message:"This branded sending domain already exists and has a routing type of dynamic. Please change the routing type to dynamic or use a different sending domain." Should I continue waiting, or did something go wrong with the setup process?

Hi, When copying the flow which contains trigger filter :Has not been in flow at any time  API response with filter applied  The flow is being copied without a problem, but then when I try to adjust the trigger filters in copied flow I get error such as:Error displayed when trying to apply filters Filters itselfThe workaround: delete the “Has not been in flow at any time” filter and re-add it manually by hand before publishing flow. Although workaround is working, it is an extra step, which involves human labour. Presumably an issue is in your backend service. Maybe I am doing something wrong? Or when can be this issue resolved?Thank you for your time!

We often create grids of products in our emails, but we like to select which specific image is displayed for each product — sometimes a cropped shot, sometimes a flat lay — rather than always using the hero/first image from Shopify. While all of the product’s images are in Shopify, there’s currently no way to choose which one appears in the product block. At the moment, we have to build tables and manually upload the exact image we want to use, which requires linking each one individually.Does anyone have a workaround for how to use the product blocks, but select the image? Or know if this is something Klaviyo is working on? Thank you!

I’d like to request a feature for Klaviyo to become an approved supported review partner for Google’s Store Ratings program:https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/190657This request isn’t about review display or collection — it’s specifically about enabling reviews collected through Klaviyo to qualify for Google Store Ratings.Currently, reviews need to be submitted through a Google-approved feed partner (like Yotpo, Judge.me, etc.) in order to show up on store ratings. Since Klaviyo isn’t on that list, there’s no direct way to use the reviews we collect here for that purpose.  We would have to separatey collect reviews through the Gogle Customer Reviews Program. It would be great to have a solution within Klaviyo, rather than asking customers to submit reviews across multiple platforms, such as through Klaviyo, and separately via the Customer Reviews program.Just wanted to see if this type of integration is on the roadmap.Thank you!

klaviyo seems to be down? is that true?

recently our klaviyo oauth token requests have been failingKlaviyo req IDs (all returned 500):639b8736-bf1b-4e1b-868f-24b6aaad3de4 (2026-05-27 18:27:54 UTC)8cc4f113-3071-4a67-9d0e-f4ec48720353 (2026-05-27 18:49:02 UTC)807f10f3-3e81-490f-8dd1-fe0bd421492e (2026-05-27 18:51:45 UTC, manual curl)Same /oauth/token endpoint returns clean invalid_grant for an obviously-bad code, but 500 server_error for valid codes from this appthis previously worked with no known changes on our end.P.S. it would be nice if you opened email support for developer teams :)

Hi - we have accidentally deleted a string of emails in a flow after clicking the wrong ‘delete path’ button.Surely there is a way to restore archived/deleted emails built in?It’s an easy mistake to make and I’m surprised if you have to ‘contact a support agent’ to recover something that’s so easily accidentally deleted. Regardless, please let me know if there is a way. Thanks in advance
