@phillip.rivers really love this second podcast episode, especially your insight on companies that take their initial success for granted, but then no longer replenish their garden for the next season. “As the business evolves, so should the marketing and respective channels: facebook ads, organic social, and emails”.

Also love your tips on testing offers with existing/VIP customers ahead of BFCM to determine the best performance on deals!
