So recently working on setting up a pop up to collect emails for my Newsletter. My site is not live and still tinkering with stuff. I’ve noticed when I collect an email it doesn’t get sent to the list that I want it to , but instead it just goes to profiles. How do I get Klaviyo to put peoples emails in the right spot ? When I built the popup I selected it to send the email to Newsletter, but it never shows up..

I assume you haven’t turned off Double Opt-In for your list? What this does is when you subscribe to a form it send you an email that you need to open and click and only then it will add you to the list.
If you want to change this you can go and click on the list, then on top click on settings and there will be an option on the bottom of the list named Single Opt-In that you will need to turn on if you want people to directly subscribe to your list when they fill the opt in form
