Cannot edit popup Success message

Hi, I cannot edit the success message for the popup subscribe form. Do you know why ? How can I edit it please ?

Thanks for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community!

As far as being unable to edit the success message for your popup form, can you confirm if you have the button’s After Submit submit setting set for Show Success Message? If this setting was set to anything other than the Show Success Message, you would be unable to edit the success message as the success message would then not be used.

You can adjust how the unsubscribe syntax is displayed in an email when rendered by using the syntax of {% unsubscribe 'click here' %} and replacing the part of the code that reads “click here”. This is further explained in the Template Tags and Variable Syntax article under the Unsubscribe, Manage Preferences, Web View, Preview Text subsection.

The Klaviyo branding found at the bottom of all your emails can only be removed if you are on a paid subscription plan. If you were on a free plan, you would not be able to remove the branding, but you can edit it to fit your branding as detailed in the How to Update the Klaviyo Branding in the Footer of Your Emails article.
