I made a sign up form through Klaviyo and attached the code to my site. The problem is the theme’s default pop up still keeps showing along with the Klaviyo form and everytime I try to remove the default one, the Klaviyo form disappears as well.
How do I remove the default theme pop up and keep the Klaviyo pop up sign up form?

Hello
Thank you for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community.
While I cannot speak to how the theme-specific pop-up functions, I can tell you that the Klaviyo pop-up will simply rely on Klaviyo’s onsite javascript (which is automatically installed for most integrations) in order to populate. Therefore, I suspect that disabling the theme pop-up may be simultaneously disabling our onsite javascript. Perhaps there is a theme developer you can speak to confirm this theory or speak about for potential workarounds.
Also, after disabling the default theme form, I recommend testing again on an incognito browser to ensure cookies aren’t interfering with the Klaviyo form’s ability to display on your page.
Thanks and have a great day.
