Opt In Form Submit Button Not Working

We have an opt in form on our website for customers to join our Discount Club, however the submit button is not showing on mobile even though it is on desktop. As a large amount of customers use mobile they are having trouble joining. It used to come up and work fine but we are unaware as to when it stopped appearing. Can anyone throw any light onto this please?

Klaviyo doesn't save contacts to the right list when they come from Google

When my traffic comes from Google and visitors sign up for a Klavyio pop-up embedded on my site, Klavyio doesn't save them to the right list.Klavyio indicate that customers sign up for my newsletter via my site and that it imports them from Shopify. This is a mistake, as they sign up via the Klavyio form.Profiles should be added to my POP UP list, not my newsletter list.Do you know what could explain this?It seems to me that this only happens when the traffic source is Google. Basically when I'm pretty sure that I should be seeing this (checked on Hotjar) :I'm seeing this :Thank you in advance for your help

Sing-up form pop up not showing (WooCommerce) worked fine until 2 weeks ago

HiyaWe use Klaviyo on our WooCommerce store. I have set up a Sign-up form pop-up to capture emails and it seemed to be working fine until 4th April, but now it’s not showing anymore. We used to have hundreds of views, but now we have 0.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Wordpress plugin, but it doesn’t seem to be working.When I look at the integration, it is enabled, and recent store data is still being synced.I don’t have an AdBlocker and am viewing in incognito mode, but there’s no pop-up to be seen.Can anyone tell me how I can get this to work again?

BACK IN STOCK doesnt appear! Please help

hello, I have a big problem and would be really thankful if someone could help me . so I have the dawn theme and I installed the back in stock code and it worked. But later I don't know when exactly I noticed it was gone and it didn't show up anymore. maybe I changed something in the theme but as I said I can't remember.  i have the original theme code and I would like to compare the two codes but I don't know which files I need to compare to find the problem. I already checked theme.liquid and there isn't any problem it must be any other file.   does anyone have an idea how I can solve the problem ? Please help me thank you

How to stop a bot from joining my email list 100s of times per day

Hello, tow week ago I started getting 100s of spam emails joining my newsletter per hour. It seems to be the same person… the email address starts with the same name with then a string of numbers and letters. They literally join my email list several times per minute! They have added over 8000 emails to my list in just a couple weeks. I have surpassed all of them, and now turned on double authentication when someone joins my list. But is there any other way to stop this? Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks, Jason V.

Hey, we have 5 different Klaviyo accounts and would like to add a few sign up forms. However, creating a new signup form for each of the accounts is really a pain.Is there a way to clone a signup form to another account like with the flows or templates?

iPad email list sign up for brick & mortar

I want to build a simple sign up form for an iPad. The concept (nothing new of course) is an iPad station in my store where people can sign up for the email list. Ideally it goes back to square 1 for the next person after completion. Are there any tutorials for this - I’ve searched and can not find a solution. Any help is appreciated!

Using a form to collect emails at a live event - Reset the form after submit?

We’ve got a full page signup form which we want to display on an iPad for in-person events. After someone submits, we need the form to reset so that’s it’s ready for another person so use it. I haven’t been able to find a way to achieve this in the form settings. Anyone have a solution for this?

Need Help with Consistent Property Values Across Klaviyo Signup Forms

Hi everyone,I’m facing a bit of a challenge with signup forms and how they handle specific profile properties.In my setup, I have 2 different signup forms that users can fill out to subscribe to our newsletter. One form includes a checkbox with a profile property of ‘NewsletterConsent’ and a property of ‘true’. The second form has a profile property also of ‘NewsletterConsent’ and a value of ‘true’ attached to the button.Here’s where I’m having the problem:On one form, when a user checks the checkbox and submits the form, the NewsletterConsent property is updated in the profile as ‘[“true”]’. On the other form, the exact same action results in the property being set as ‘true’ – without the square brackets and quotations.Ideally, I’d like all submissions to result in simply ‘true’. Embedded form submission DOES NOT equal people in segment?

Could use some help here…We are running a giveaway on our Shopify site. I am using a Klaviyo embedded form to capture emails addresses. Those who sign up are being placed on a list. No problems… until now.In Klaviyo, my form is saying it’s been submitted 3,300 times. BUT… my list (that is only fed from this form) has 8,000 names on it. Any ideas why I’m seeing about 1/3 the number of form submissions than I’m seeing on the list? I do have single opt-in on for this one, so I may need to revert to double opt-in if someone has figured out a way to make the list grow so quickly.Thanks for any advice!

Double Opt-In setup

Hi Klaviers, My ecommerce website is based on shopify and currently the emails are being triggered from Hubspot. Objective: I want to setup the double opt-in email first in Klaviyo.  Is the double opt-in email gets auto triggered ? I could see default opt-in email & success page. Or Do I need to setup from the flows ? Double opt-in is enabled for the Newsletter list.Does that mean that the list has the audience only with double opt-in ?  Is the double opt-in emails are being triggered ?  Little confused here. Pop Up Form Target by Product Type

I am hoping to have a pop up trigger on the cart page only for people with a certain item type in their cart but am having trouble with the “category” trigger - I am wondering if I am just not using the exact right name for the tags they are pulling from. Anyone know how to see a list of “categories” that Klaviyo has for a store so I can choose the right one?

Is It Possible If I Enter A Contact List Manually Through Our Sign Up Form

Hi guys,Like the title. It's like cold mailing, but instead of reaching out to them directly, I will enter their e-mail address into our Klaviyo system through our sign-up form first 🤡. Have you guys ever thought of this? I know this will definitely violate those EIP regulations, but IDK how extreme it will get to do that, anyone could guide me 😸. How adding Birthday date in my pop up sign up

I want to add the birthday date in my pop-up so that I can collect my clients' birthday dates to create a flow and offer them discounts, gifts, etc.I don’t see how it’s possible?And how will the date be added to my clients' profiles?Also, what is the best method for asking my already subscribed clients for their birthday date? I want to add a signup form to an existing Webflow page that adds users to a list in Klaviyo. Do I need to embed a Klaviyo signup form on the Webflow page or can I have a Webflow form call Klaviyo in Javascript and just POST the user’s contact information to Klaviyo somehow?

Input Text Field with Multiple Lines

Is there a way to add a text input field that is multiple lines (similar to the input box that I’m writing this question within). I see Klaviyo has a text input block for forms but it’s restricted to one line.  I would like to have multiple lines where user can right multiple lines of text with paragraph breaks.    Is this possible? If not, what other service provides this that can be integrated with klaviyo?
