If you look on the right column of footer you can see in the code, my embed code is there but its not rendering a form (it did for a very brief period, like 2 minutes). But then stopped showing.https://shopmountainpeaknutritionals.com/This footer exists on all our pages, so I can’t just turn off caching (We’re hosted at WP Engine) - and I’m not sure what other avenue to look for a solution.
Hi there,I want to create a waitlist for my Christmas products on Shopify and have decided to use a subscribe page to do so. I created one, but now it is not working and I want to delete it. Unfortunately, I can’t see a way to delete it now. Is someone able to assist? Kind regards.
So I have a signup form on Klaviyo, when I see that form on my shopify store there’s a clear difference in font style and size on the buttons. On Klaviyo the text on one of the button is ‘Get My Discount’ on shopify it has changed to ‘GET MY DISCOUNT’ also the font style has changed. This has happened with the other button too.I have attached the pictures to show the difference with the font on the buttons and the form itself. However, I’ve encountered an issue where customers can enter the same email address multiple times and still receive additional discount codes.I would like to configure the sign-up discount feature so that only one discount code is issued per email address, even if the customer attempts to sign up again with the same email. Here are the key points I need assistance with:How can I ensure that Klaviyo prevents duplicate emails from being used for sign-up discounts? Is there a way to block additional discount codes from being sent if the same email address is re-entered? Are there specific settings I should review in both Klaviyo and Shopify to achieve this?I’ve already set up usage limits in Shopify for the discount codes, but the issue persists on Klaviyo's side. Can anyone help me work out what’s going on here and how to fix it?I stopped using Klaviyo a month or so ago for my subscriber forms, and my shop went live last week and has a newsletter form built into the footer area which is created and controlled by my website theme which is Gecko. This means that it should be sending any subscribers that use this particular form to my Shopify customer list and then any third party apps (such as Klaviyo) will sync with this information, but only if it’s set up to do so. This is the newsletter section from my theme and the form in question:In my account there are 3 Klaviyo sign up forms (one a popup) which were disabled a month or so ago here…none of these should relate to this form since the form above is not embedded or created in Klaviyo because it’s created and managed by my theme. I’m using a Klaviyo form for when our products are out of stock. They are added to a new “Out of Stock List.” To be informed when the products are back in stock. I’d like to improve upon this if there is more than one product out of stock, I’d like to set a custom property in the person’s profile to say which product it is to make segmentation easier. I’m having trouble figuring out the best way to go about this. Thanks for any guidance you can give me.
