We would like to use an embedded form for a free sample giveaway on our Shopify site, but we have a limited number of samples available.

Can someone suggest a way I can set the form to turn off after receiving a certain number of subscribers?  If not, can someone suggest another type of software that will do this?

Hello @SherylBiesman,

Thank you for posting your question to the Community.

While there is no way to automatically turn off the form or limit the number of subscribers, you can disable it at anytime by changing it from live to draft mode within the sign-up form editor. To set expectations with customers, you may find it helpful to add language to the form to specify that only the first X amount of users will receive a free sample. Then once you collect the first X amount of users on your list, you can send a campaign notifying them you’ll be sending out the samples.
