Popup form targeting a segment not working

Question

I’m trying to target a segment with a popup but I can’t get it to work. The popup itself works when I remove the targeting condition. I’ve tried with other lists and segments and have the same issue. Even put myself in a list by myself and targeted that, and it still won’t pop up.

Seems like the conditional segment recognition feature as a whole just isn’t working for some reason. I’ve removed all delays in reappering so it will come up every time i refresh the page when there are no segment conditions.

Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

Hi @coltonuThere could be a few reaons why the form is not triggering when you test it.The first thing, I would try is to set the form live and then go to your website with a forced recognition URL in like this:[Company url]?utm_email=[an email from the segment]For example: www.klaviyo.com?utm_email=your@email.comIf the form is then not triggering I would look into your general form settings to see, if something is keeping it from being displayed. That could be if you multiple forms on your site, and your settings are set to not display these or if you have tested the form - submitted or closed and your settings are set to not show that form again within a timeframe.
