I’m adding a signup form to my site, but only want it to show for customers who aren’t tagged with a certain value - therefore I'm using a Custom Trigger, which all works fine.

However, I wanted to understand if it’s possible to still set the Frequency value in Klaviyo, or how I could set this locally if needed. Basically, I don’t want to show the form again for a couple of days after someone has closed or submitted it.

Hello @marcpw,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

When selecting and using the Custom Trigger option in a Klaviyo signup form, because you’re now taking up the customization of the form’s trigger, the Display Frequency setting will no longer be available to you.

To use a custom trigger along with setting a specific display frequency for the form, you’ll want to code this behavior as part of the form’s trigger. Since this is starting to delve into custom coding on your site, I would recommend working with your developer or working alongside one of our Klaviyo Partners to achieve this functionality.

I hope this helps!
