I am having trouble creating my sign up form pop up on my shopify and link it to my website. I have tried 3 times and it did not work. I need help, if possible through zoom

First, I assume you’re following our guide on creating a Klaviyo pop-up. If so, as a first step to resolving the issue, I recommend having a look at our Signup Form Troubleshooting Guide to explore common issues and solutions to these issues.
If you’re still having trouble, please provide as much detail as possible on what’s not working for you (error message, sign-up form not appearing at all etc.) and we’ll work towards a resolution together.
