When someone opts into the email list, I have them going to a specific URL (not the success note). I’m not sure if this is why the double optin emails are not going out, or if there is something I am missing. Help!

Thanks for sharing this experience with the Community. In order for other Community members and me to help diagnose the issue, could you provide additional details? Have you verified that the opt-in emails aren’t going to the spam box? Have you verified that double opt-in is enabled?
