I copied my code from my old shopify acct. To my new store, so the klaviyo pop-up from the old store is now part of the code. I thought reconnecting to klaviyo could help stop it but it didn't work. How do take the old pop-up off the site codes?

I want to make sure I’m understanding correctly, is this a Klaviyo embed div code you brought over from your old store to a new store? And the overall goal is to have this specific code not pop up on your new site? Klaviyo’s pop up form’s actually don’t need you to install any code to show up on your site (outside of the Klaviyo.js), however our Embed form’s will need you to install code in the backend of your site.
If you brought over code from an old site’s code to your new site’s code, you should be able to go into your new site’s backend, lookup the code and remove it from there!
