How do I remove side sign-up form

I have my pop-up form that comes up bottom right. I also have a triangular sign-up form on the bottom left I want to remove. How do I do that?

Welcome to the Community.

I would check your form targeting and behavior settings to see if you have set it up so that different forms appear on a certain site first.
