Good day! We’re having an issue on the pop up.I would like to ask your help on our account. We have 2 accounts for KlaviyoWe've created a sign up form, pop up in one of our store, which is the Evoletsgame.com. However, this pop up is also showing on our 2nd Shopify store which is the Evoretro.ca. Please note that the pop up is not supposed to show in “Evoretro.ca” as it was set up for Evoletsgame only. Please advise on this. Hoping for your immediate feedback.Thank you!
I want to fire a Klaviyo Popup form when a user clicks a specific class (ex: .sizing) that’s attached to a text link. We have a headless site and this is how we’re using Justuno to trigger popups. We’d love to fully switch to Klaviyo’s popups, but can’t seem to find a way to do this.
Hi everyone - not sure if this is well known and I just was out of the loop, but I recently discovered a quick win for adding a Klaviyo embedded form to the Shopify Order Confirmation page.I used to think getting a form on that page required a developer but there’s a place in Shopify » Settings to just drop the Klaviyo form embed code. Gif below or step by step guide here.Great use-case for collecting more info about your customers right after they purchase, especially now with the BFCM rush. The gif and guide show an Instagram handle field using it to build influencer / community since that’s what Gatsby specializes in, but this strategy can be used for anything you want, like getting birthdays or product preferences to customize email flows, segments etc. Really good low hanging fruit opportunity that we’re seeing a lot of our clients jump on. Thought it would be good to share given that we’re getting into “the season of acquisition” with BFCM as @chasedimond just talked about on the
I have a question about the email confirmation rate. In the last 30 days, 156 users filled up our sign-up forms, and only 48 of them get on our list. So the confirmation rate is about 31%. We have a double opt-in. Is that a poor result? What's the average confirmation rate? Thanks!
Hi sir,I have done a newsletter popup for new subscribers. I wan to show the popup for all users except subscribers in segment of NEWSLETTER. I have tested all the “TARGETING” conditions, but pop not loading second time for all users when entering to website. Kindly take a look and help me!!!
Hi,I’m struggling to get a pop-up sign-up form to appear on my Shopify checkout page. When I publish the pop-up without URL restrictions, it appears fine. However, when I set it to appear on any URL with ‘checkout’ in (which the checkout page always has), it won’t appear.Has anyone experienced this and can anyone help?
I am populating a popup form on my website load for subscribe the newsletter and emails.I want if a user fill the information and click on signup page then klaviyo should match if the user is already subscribed. if yes then show a msg that you are already subscribed. We’ll be collecting email addresses as a conference soon and I’m a little worried about the reliability of the Internet connection. Hopefully we can just use a regular sign-up form on our website, but I’d like to be prepared in case we can’t get online. What solutions have people used for collecting emails without an Internet connection? We’ll be using Amazon Fire (Android) tablets.
Option to close pop-up/sign-up form but display as widget in case new visitor wants to refer to again
Hello, is there an option to minimize a pop-up sign up form for later? Use case, user arrives on site and sees a 10% offer however they haven't explored the site yet so it might not be relevant. If we add an option to minimize, or 'not yet' CTA to the pop-up this creates a widget on the screen so they can open the offer up again once they've decided if and what they'd like to purchase.
Hi there,We have a popup signup form on our website that should appear after 30 seconds or when the user attempts to leave the page. However, this doesn’t seem to be working for us consistently. We have tested it on multiple accounts on Chrome and with incognito mode, and very rarely will it pop-up after 30 seconds. Sometimes it will popup after a few minutes, sometimes it will never appear. The “leave the page” feature also only works sometimes too, even after waiting a minute or so. Is there anything I’m missing from the settings or is this working as intended? Thanks in advance.
I would like to use the UI/UX of the Klaviyo prebuilt forms so that non-developers can easily create forms.Other popup builders either have an HTML element block, custom JS block or just an ability to add IDs to elements(ie buttons).Just adding the ability to add IDs to buttons will be a big help.-------------- Also when using multi step forms only the first submit is firing the submit event the second does not fire anything. It would be awesome if the form can fire unique custom events on every step view.Ex. get email form step > text with next button step > get phone form step > thank you stepIf there is an advanced settings on every step we can name every step and klaviyoForm can fire the event every time the user viewed the step. example: e.detail.stepView = email-form-step.
Hi,I created a competition landing page using pagefly with Klaviya sign up form. I’ve created my list and welcome email flow for the competition, but the “confirm your subscription” email keeps coming through. Is there a way to remove that seeing as entrants are already ticking boxes to receive marketing and clicking a subscribe button?Thank you!
Hoping that someone could point me in the right direction, I can’t seem to find a guide on this. With our pop up window, I would like to create a pop up window which offers people who sign up a $10 off code. However, I would like the code to be sent to them via email after they have entered their email address, and I would like the code to be unique to each person. Is this possible?
Having a issue seeing my Klaviyo pop up sign up form on my woocommerce website, which is very frustrating.I have already installed klaviyo and linked my woocommerce with klaviyo. I’ve built my first sign up form. When I hit publish, I receive the following message: “Your signup form has been published and will appear on your website if the code snippet has been installed” But when i checked my website the pop up form is not showing up. I have checked all settings on the pop up form and everything i think can be wrong disturbing the form from showing up but i can't find solution to it. I also check the install Code Snippet but it's say “Signup forms are successfully installed on your site” What’s the solution?
I'm really interested in using the Shopify back in stock feature listed here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-ShopifyHowever on my site it shows on every variant instead of just the sold out ones, and the submit button doesn't lead to anything. Is there a fix for this? I’ve had a look at different posts but couldn’t find a solution. I'm using showcase if that helps!Thank you!Edit: also the URL does change so I believe the variants are being recognised
