I’ve a sign-up form that is looking to map a text input for address fields and store them in a profile. I’m using: Address 1, Address 2, City, Zip but these properties don’t seem to actually update in Klaviyo. I notice that these are actually Klaviyo properties and have tried with and without $.Does anyone have any tips to what might be going wrong here? The form is embedded in Shopify.
For what reason might I not be able to delete a popup form that I have created? I click on it and select "Delete" but it just freezes. I exit and edit and try and put to draft but it won't change.FYI I clones the only other popup form and change the parameter to be an exit popup. The original is after 8 second page load. Original form has been working great. No issues. Both are live and sometimes can come up simultaneously. Can that be avoided?Thoughts?James Update: I have logged out and logged in again, cleared my cache and tried again with success. However, if anyone can let me know if there is a way to avoid two popups coming up at once?
I like to give my email subscribers access to all available free download links.I have dozens of blog posts on my Shopify site offering a specific free download after email subscription. After someone subscribes I have buttons in my success message for all existing downloads (links to Shopify uploads). This is a low maintenance approach that has the disadvantage that the desired download is not at top of the list after the user subscribes, and buttons are painful to design in Forms.I’d like to separate this workflow, and, rather, create a form for each download, with a button to the download on the success page, with an All downloads link to a page with … all downloads. The problem now is that this would be an open page - I’d like to validate these by Klaviyo email subscription. Ideas?
Hello, newbie here and I have created my first form and I’m in the process of testing it - so far so good.My question is - is there a way to add additional element validation? For instance a postal / zip code validation, enforcing a minimum number of characters. Thanks, Andy
We have a client who has a subscirbe form on their website but they want to run ads and have requested a second identical subscribe page just to track the leads that come from those ads. Is there a easier way to track where subsribers come from using just one subscribe form/page?
Hi, when the signup form pops up, even if I don't click the X mark and I click on any other spaces on the website, the singup form will disappear, how could I fix this? www.minidrago.com10 secs later it will pop up. I noticed this Klaviyo website sign in form is also like this. It is annoying. Thanks
I'm having some issues with a signup form displaying on some page loads but not on others. The issue happens at https://savvyandsorted.com/pages/warranty When the form doesn't load it returns the following console error Is anyone able to shed some light on why this may be the case and how i can resolve it?
Hi, I’m hoping you can help with this one - I have an issue with the Opt-In Confirmed pages. What’s happening is that when a user clicks the confirm link in the Email Confirmation and opens the Opt-In Confirmed page for the first time, the Review your email preferences link displays below the text (this is working correctly)However, if the user refreshes the page, or clicks on the confirm link in the email again, the Review your email preferences link is missing. This is an issue as the text above the link currently says:Thanks for confirming your email address! If you'd like to change your subscription, you can update your preferences with the link below.but the preferences link doesn’t consistently show. Is this expected behaviour (in which case we will update the text on the confirmation page) or should the preferences link be showing at all times? Thanks
I have a Shopify website which is integrated. I’ve created a new lead magnet and am having a couple of problems. I’ve created a pop up - the stats show sign ups but the numbers aren’t correct when looking at my list - if someone doesn’t complete double opt in, do the stats still show that them as having completed the action? I cloned the popup to make an embedded form for a page. I have copied the code and added it to the HTML for my page but the form isn’t showing. Appreciate any help, thank you
Hello, I am trying to set up a flow where I get notified when a customer joins my list.I saw “You can also customize the triggered notification to include all key details about the new subscriber as well as any form data that got populated to their profile after filling out your form.” - how do I get this information included on the notification email?
Hello I’m having some trouble integrating an embedded signup form. I am migrating from Mailchimp to Klaviyo so wanting to retain the existing styling of the current form. Below is the original section of code that creates the form on the footer of the page <div class="top-footer"> <div class="container"> <div class="row row-footer"> <div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-6 text-right"> <h5 class="c_newsletterHeading">Subscribe to our newsletter and<br> get 10% off your first order</h5> </div> [%if [@config:show_newsletter_subscribe@]%] <div class="top-footer"> <div class="container"> <div class="row row-footer"> <div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-6 text-right"> <h5 class="c_newsletterHeading">Subscribe to our newsletter and<br> get 10% off your first order</h5> </div> <div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-4 text-center c_newsletter"> <form method="post" action="h
I just started setting up my account and testing the first signup form. Everything was fine and double opt-in emails started arriving into my inbox. Some time later this stopped working. I checked that my list still has double opt-in enabled, and that the emails are not ending up in the spam folder. They just stopped coming out. The only thing I can think of is that I edited the template for double opt-in but the only thing I changed was the text label. Any clues on where to look for solutions?
I would like to be able to create multiple signup forms for promotions (contest entries, coupon codes, etc.). Once someone submits the form, I would like to send an email with the code or thank you message, then add them to the general Newsletter Welcome series. What is the best way to do this? Is there a way to move someone to another flow when they reach the end of their current flow?
Hey guys,I’ve never used Klayivo before, but I have a web Design and Development online business, and I’m hoping to use it to keep my customers updated, and bring in more clients. The issue I’m having is that earlier today, I subscribed as a test my own address to the site, and when I look at the dashboard it tells me it has recieved the submission, but I for the life of me can’t find out where to view the information gathered from that form. Can anybody give me a hand here? Also, is there a way to integrate specific signup forms directly into a page?
Hi, i would like to do one or both of these:Customer clicks on a text link “register for 15% off” to trigger my signup form for the newsletter Signup form integrated in an area of the siteI can only find resources on signup form popups, which ive used already. Any pointers? Using Shopify.
Is there a way to display the “notify me when available” when the the continue selling policy is true? I tried with display_on_policy_continue but the store was created after December 2017 so nothing appears. Is there any other way to do it?
Hi there! Does anyone happen to know if it is possible to build up a pop-up window (with email field and discount offer), if costumer clicks to a certain button on page? The pop-up possibilities that’ve found are connected to timing (for example, if someone has been on a site for certain time) or leaving the page. Thanks in advance!
I would like to a pop-up to appear when someone first comes to our website, but then once they close the pop-up, not have it appear again. I have not been able to figure out how to do that, as it keeps popping up when they change pages, for example. I do not want to limit the pop-up to only certain urls, because we use several landing pages. So can a pop-up appear one time, no matter where someone lands, and then once they close it, does not appear again? Thank you.
Does anyone know when Klaviyo might update their form designer?I get it, Klaviyo is largely about the emailsystem. But it feels unfortunate that I need to install yet another Shopify app (Wisepops) to get nicely designed popup signup forms.Wish ListImage placement flexibility Video in popup HTML/CSS control
