How can I clear POP-UP codes?

I copied my code from my old shopify acct. To my new store, so the klaviyo pop-up from the old store is now part of the code. I thought reconnecting to klaviyo could help stop it but it didn't work. How do take the old pop-up off the site codes?

Custom code consent page with custom property

Hello,I am currently working on creating a custom consent page. As I own a dog supplement brand, I am saving the name of the dog in my Klaviyo profiles as well.In my custom consent page I want to give my subscribers the possibility to see and change the name of their dog. It’s no problem to show the dog’s name in the consent page, but to save it. How can I create a different teaser button design for mobile vs Desktop?

I can switch between desktop and mobile teaser view, but if I make a design change on mobile it will also affect the desktop view. Is it not possible to have a different layout for mobile? When I make a design for mobile than its looking to small on desktop and if I make a version for desktop, then it looks to big on mobile. Of cause I could create two seperate signup forms, but it takes much more time to do so.

Multi Step Form

I created a multi-step form today.  1st form is an email opt-in.  2nd form is SMS opt-in.  And then success/confirmation message.When you say “no thank” to the 2nd form SMS opt-in, the form just disappears and nothing else happens.  There’s no success/confirmation message.  Is there a way to get that message?  Currently, it will only display that message when the SMS opt-in is filled out.

Embed Klayvio Form Not Redirecting After Submit

Hey guys! We are integrating klayvios embedded forms on our site, there seems to be an issue when we add the div needed + the JS the forms work as needed and the flows work correctly. except the user then gets redirected back to the home page instead of a thank you page.  We are using webflow. Editing the modal styling for the back in stock form

Can someone help me how i can make edits with CSS in the modal for notify me when available pop up?I’m able to make the change in the source code but can’t replicated it in Shopify theme.css file I’ve screenshot the change i would like to make which is increasing the font size and a black border in the email form. I’ve read the styling guide but i want to change font-size and add a border. Lead magnet to new and existing contacts

Hi. I’m setting up a lead magnet for a client. This will be an embedded form on a landing page on the website. I think I know how I can deliver the freebie AND add them to the welcome flow, but how can I offer this same freebie to existing contacts via the embedded form.They’ll likely see it and want it too, but they’ll already be signed up.How can I do this?

Sign form doesn't adding to a list

Hello dear Klaviyo community!My sign up form doesn't add people to a List. Double-opt in is disabled. It feels like the button just doesn't work, even though I can see the form fill tracker and it changes. However, the contact is not added to the List, so the automation does not start.I would be grateful for any tips

Why my sign up form doesn't appear in list?

Hello, I created a sign up form for my site. I ‘’tell’’ her to send the new subscibers who used the form in my list ‘’ New Subscibers’’. Everything is fine and works but the people don’t appear in my list. I double checked all the settings and everything seems to be right. I tested also the form and entered a email in it. She works fine, in Analytics I can see my test but there are 0 members in list ‘’New Subscibers” .I am a beginner in Email Marketing so please please someone help me.

Option to close pop-up/sign-up form but display as widget in case new visitor wants to refer to again

Hello, is there an option to minimize a pop-up sign up form for later? Use case, user arrives on site and sees a 10% offer however they haven't explored the site yet so it might not be relevant. If we add an option to minimize, or 'not yet' CTA to the pop-up this creates a widget on the screen so they can open the offer up again once they've decided if and what they'd like to purchase.

Opting Customers into a new list from an email

We are launching a new Loyalty program that we want to get existing customers to opt in to. Ideally I want to send an email out to all the current existing customers in our database informing them of the new program and include a link to a form. When completing this form the customer is automatically added to the Loyalty list in Klaviyo.  I attempted to create a sign up form within Klaviyo but this was just a pop up on our website. Can klaviyo create an actual page with a form on it? Thanks

Double Opt-In setup

Hi Klaviers, My ecommerce website is based on shopify and currently the emails are being triggered from Hubspot. Objective: I want to setup the double opt-in email first in Klaviyo.  Is the double opt-in email gets auto triggered ? I could see default opt-in email & success page. Or Do I need to setup from the flows ? Double opt-in is enabled for the Newsletter list.Does that mean that the list has the audience only with double opt-in ?  Is the double opt-in emails are being triggered ?  Little confused here. I want to create an exit intent form ( a survey form) for those that  add a shopping cart but yet check out.  this is  to collect both register or non register user feedback/survey why their abundance their cart. or  a simple feedback.  Are we possible to do so ? or the form must have email address as requirement fields to be able for it to collect data?    can a list created without email  address? Thanks

Resend Email Confirmation (Double Opt-In)

Problem: User signs-up, but does not complete or forgets to complete double opt-in confirmation. User is not imported into Welcome Series Email. There is no way to resend confirmation email on a follow-up/reminder basis.Proposed Solution: A confirmation follow-up queue that sends a friendly reminder to the user in X days if they haven’t finished confirming their email.Benefits: This ensures that users that intended to sign-up but did not complete the confirmation, or forget to complete it, will be reminded at a later time and receive the content they signed up to receive. This also avoids headaches for Klaviyo users because it allows this process to automated based on the reminder sequence they select.

Using a form to collect emails at a live event - Reset the form after submit?

We’ve got a full page signup form which we want to display on an iPad for in-person events. After someone submits, we need the form to reset so that’s it’s ready for another person so use it. I haven’t been able to find a way to achieve this in the form settings. Anyone have a solution for this?

sign up form not working

Hi guys, so I've just realised my sign up form/pop up discount has not being working sence sep 9th, it was working fine for 4 months before that. It says the form is active and wont let me make any changes to the form. I've tried contact customer support via email but that wont work either, it says try again later. Also I'm on there free plan

Back In Stock Button Styling

Why am I seeing an Integrations Setting Error Message in my Collect Subscribers Checkbox?

Hi, I’m having some challenges with email sign-ups to my default Shopify footer sign up not being added to my On-site Newsletter Sign Up list. I’ve ensured that both double-opt in (Shopify and Klaviyo) have been turned off. When I sign up with a test email, it is creating a customer profile in Shopify AND within Klaviyo, however that profile isn’t being added to a list. I noticed that within my Shopify integration tab, the below “Collect Subscribers” checkbox is currently unchecked; but when I check it and select the list, it comes up with the error “We are unable to update your integration settings….”Is anyone able to advise on this please? Thanks :)

Signup forms targeting specific utm parameters

We’ve previously built signup forms in Privy that target specific utm parameters so a popup form displays based on one referral source, and a different version of the popup form displays based on another referral source.I can’t find information in the Klaviyo help docs that confirm this is possible, but I expect it will work based on URL specific display rules.Has anyone done this before and had problems that I should know about? Thanks,Gabrielle

Custom HTML for signup form / pop-up form

Does anyone know if there is a way to drop in custom HTML into the pop-up form builder? I know you can do this in the email template building when you hit <source> but is there any workaround for the pop-ups?
