We have a client who has a subscirbe form on their website but they want to run ads and have requested a second identical subscribe page just to track the leads that come from those ads. Is there a easier way to track where subsribers come from using just one subscribe form/page?
I can add a tag to Flows and Campaigns, but not Sign Up forms. It makes it very difficult to manage separate B2C and B2B Signup forms at the same time other than using the naming convention of the form itself.Advantages:Being able to tag lists would make it very easy to tag something as B2C or B2B, then filter down to what are currently focusing on We can currently manage our Campaigns and Flows via tags so adding this to the Signup Forms section wouldn’t be too hard, and it would make using Klaviyo much more consistent Having user level access at a tag level would make it easy for us to invite external partners to our account to manage signup forms for their market
Hi,in one of our integrated signup forms the e-mail address field is pre-filled with a random address, see screenshot. This only happens in Google Chrome and Firefox browser, also not in the incognito mode. Does this happen to anyone else? How can I fix this? Thanks in advance, Marleen
Hi everyone, I don’t know why this is happening however, the form we embedded on our site is not uploading all the data into their profile once they sign up.Their first and last name in particular which is required in the form to be submitted. However, one of the fields will be missing and their last name is usually being added as their first name with last name blank. I have even done a dummy test and it loads my last name as my first name which triggered the flow to say hi to my last name. Any help would be much appreciated!! I have just moved over from Mail Chimp and the challenges I’m having is making me re-think my choice!
Hi,I run a games shop and I’m looking to set up email lists for the various products and/or events that we run. I want to allow each customer to choose which products they receive information on.My initial thought was to set up multiple lists, one for each product or product group that we operate however I don’t seem to be able to develop a sign up form that allows customers to choose to be on multiple lists. Is there a way of doing the above or is there another way to achieve the effect I need?Any help or advice would be appreciated.CheersGlen
Hello,So we have a catalog request sign up form that when user submits triggers us to mail them a physical catalog. Is there a way to have the contents of the form submitted (users name and address) to be emailed to us when user submits the form ? I know we can set up a flow to do something after user is joined to a list after submitting form, but I do not see one of the options of the flow having an email sent to us with the contents of the form, or have parts of the users profile emailed to us (name, address) Thanks for any tips
Hi there, I have created an embed form on Klaviyo. I want to use it on a gempages page. I have downloaded the Klaviyo element in Gempages and applied the form code but it is still not showing. In klaviyo, i have applied for url to make sure that the form is only shown on that url but still no luck. Please help.
Hello, How can I embedded the sign-up form in Woocommerce footer? I’ve read so many articles on the forum but could not find the answer. The screenshot shows that I embedded the html code to the footer. But it did not appear after publishing. Is there a way to add this code in the theme or somehow make it work? Appreciate your insight.
We have our signup form to not show to existing Klaviyo profiles and to not show for another 30 days when x’d out. Which always seems to work in the browser. When launching our site from Instagram in a child browser I am noticing it seems to show always. Is there a fix for this?
I have created a flyout pop up I like. Is there a setting somewhere that allows the back homepage to go dim so that the fly out sign up jumps out more? Makes it more visible? I’ve seen other pop ups where the homescreen gets dim, and I’d love to have that look.Thanks!!www.coverandquill.com
I just started setting up my account and testing the first signup form. Everything was fine and double opt-in emails started arriving into my inbox. Some time later this stopped working. I checked that my list still has double opt-in enabled, and that the emails are not ending up in the spam folder. They just stopped coming out. The only thing I can think of is that I edited the template for double opt-in but the only thing I changed was the text label. Any clues on where to look for solutions?
Hi Team, I’m new in the community. Thank you for welcoming me in advance.Just wanna ask some questions as I am pretty new to the system.1. Is there any way to create a signup form (Pop-up) and after the customer inputs their email they will receive a confirmation to verify if they want to opt in. Is there a way to not have this verification? I felt like it’s an extra step for the customer or is it necessary? I think it’s a way to know if the customer’s email is active or the customer is active with their email is that correct?2. How can I customised that email from question no. 1 so that I can send a discount code for new customers without manually sending the emails every time? Thank you and sorry for noob questions Team!
Hey guys,I’ve never used Klayivo before, but I have a web Design and Development online business, and I’m hoping to use it to keep my customers updated, and bring in more clients. The issue I’m having is that earlier today, I subscribed as a test my own address to the site, and when I look at the dashboard it tells me it has recieved the submission, but I for the life of me can’t find out where to view the information gathered from that form. Can anybody give me a hand here? Also, is there a way to integrate specific signup forms directly into a page?
