Is there an Event Variable that pulls the user’s current URL on a website? I’m looking at this page: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002779071#common-examples-of-event-variables6 and I can’t find the answer I’m looking for.I’m looking to pull the current URL so that I can use it in a sign up form to redirect users to my other country’s website with the same URL structure.Thanks in advance!
I’m working on collecting more phone numbers from existing email subscribers and would like to enable a pop-up on my website targeting email subscribers not signed up for texts. I would also like to include a Tap to Text form in email campaigns. In the “Guide to Collecting SMS Consent, “ the article mentions using Click to Text form in emails and on mobile, but in the Forms Gallery, I only see 2-Tap for SMS forms. Are 2-Tap for SMS and Click to Text two different types of forms? If so, what’s the difference? Guide to Collecting SMS Consent
Hello!I have successfully made my first sign up form campaign for my shopify store. The code snippet is installed correctly onto my website and shopify is connected through klaviyo.Unfortunately the code snipped gives me this error “Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site. Please view the installation documentation.”I have tried everything in the installation as well as the troubleshooting document. But everything is correctly installed. The popup simply does not show up on my site (even in private browser).Any ideas guys? (Below I attached my edit code portion of shopify, where my snippet is visible). Thanks
Hi! I have a couple locked product pages, and I’ve setup a specific signup form to each of these pages so that customers can unlock the product by singing up. The issue is they are not showing immediately on page load. I have them both set to show immediately on page load but for some reason they don’t popup until you start to scroll the page. I’m not sure if this is because we have a “lazy load” app installed to help with our site speed score. But I’d appreciate any ideas or help! I’m trying to embed some sign up forms on product pages on my shopify website but nothing is showing up when I add the code into the product page. My global pop up form is working fine and the app settings are integrated etc. any ideas? thanks - Will https://cedarspringrecreation.com/
I have set up a signup form that offers a 10% discount. I tested it and was expecting that the customer would receive an email in addition to the code showing in the pop up box. However, in my test I didn’t get an email. Is that how it is supposed to work (i.e. just the coupon code on the screen and no follow up email)? Thanks
In my signup form, I want to give a code that is unique to each signup. So there is little chance of them sharing with others. I want to create a unique code, with 1 time usage, with 10 days expiry for each new signup user. Supposed the each unique code is sent exclusively to each new signup, after bulk upload, what property tag should i include in my email template so that the system can auto grab a unique code from the bulk coupon list? How do I create like a 10 days expiry date to each unique code sent? Suppose I have a 1000 list, do I create 1000 unique code? Sounds very tedious.
Hi so I’ve been using a pop up for a while now and everything was fine. I decided to check it and noticed that it stopped showing from 9th march onwards. I went back though and figured out that that was the day that I installed klarna on site messaging on my website. Other than that, I cant see how anything else i did that day would have affected my pop up. Do you think that it is klarna that is stopping my pop up? Is there a way around this? Thanks

This is likely happening due to your signup form not being configured properly to ensure that new signups get added to your list. There are two main steps to take to resolve this issue! The first will take place in your Klaviyo account and the second will take place from your Shopify Admin page. Ensure you’re logged into both for a speedy fix! Login to Klaviyo, navigate to the Integrations tab, and select your Shopify integrationFrom here, ensure that the “Subscribe customers who Accept Marketing to a Klaviyo list” check box is selected. If it isn’t, check this box and select the list you’d like subscribers added too. Be sure to click the Update Shopify Settings button when done. I have a new pop up form and it is showing 6 signups in the form analytics, but the list that form populates only has two signups. Is there a way to 1. See the emails from the signup form in the form to compare to the list? 2. Prevent lost signups?

I made my form on klaviyo I chose the embed form model then when I finished I copied and pasted the code in an html section of elementor. But nothing is happening. What should I do ?

Hey there :) There’s two issues appearing although forms seem to be successfully installed on the website. Pop-up isn’t appearing on the website. I’ve gone through the troubleshooting article although everything seems to be integrated correctly and conditions and triggers are set accordly. There’s two embedded forms which aren’t appearing on the website on the homepage and footer. Please see the link below. “Notify Me...” is functioning as a link to the right of the CART button.When I add the trigger code (below) to the product liquid file - to position in a better place -it’s displaying the link on SOME items with inventory as a dead button. <a class="klaviyo-bis-trigger" href="#">Notify Me When Available</a>Any ideas?
