Hi!
I have a couple locked product pages, and I’ve setup a specific signup form to each of these pages so that customers can unlock the product by singing up. The issue is they are not showing immediately on page load. I have them both set to show immediately on page load but for some reason they don’t popup until you start to scroll the page. I’m not sure if this is because we have a “lazy load” app installed to help with our site speed score. But I’d appreciate any ideas or help! We are on Shopify

Hey @selahandstone

Thank you so much for coming to the Klaviyo Community for help with this!

Can you share what the app is called that you are using for your site speed? I would like to take a closer look to see if that could be the culprit! Klaviyo uses a tracking pixel on your site to trigger your form and other great features. As a default it is set to the bottom of your page, making it one of the last things that will load which means your pop up form won't open until that has been loaded. You can move the pixel to the top of your page so it is one of the first things that loads and might help your signup form open without scrolling.

Hi Stephen,

The article you’ve sent the link to is a tracking pixel for emails. We are talking about website page loading for signup pop-ups. We are using
