Hi, I'm writing here because I contacted klaviyo assistance but no one has answered me for days.
I inserted the embed code on my shopify page, inside the html text.
Except that I have a problem: sometimes the form appears and other times it doesn't. As if sometimes it reads the content of the code while other times it gives no signs of life.
How should I solve the problem?
I state that I had two Klaviyo accounts, the one I no longer use I deactivated from the integration manager. So that shouldn't be the problem. And if there is anything else I need to deactivate from the account, please tell me
